Monique at Tesla Opa-Locka went above and beyond! She helped get my Model S’s A/C working properly again, and when my car unexpectedly needed to stay overnight, she made sure I wasn’t left without my son’s car seat. She actually took it home with her so I could meet her after the service center closed to pick it up. That extra effort meant a lot as a parent and made an unexpected situation so much easier. Thank you, Monique, for genuinely caring and making everything go smoothly!

Just got my new tires, requested service using the Tesla App, while job took 90 minutes while I waited in a nice living room, comfortable seating, coffee, snacks, water. Paid on the app, no paper nor annoying lines. Top notch!

The team here is honestly the best Tesla service team I’ve ever dealt with, especially Wesley Decenat! My Tesla Model 3’s A/C stopped working, so I brought it into this Service Center to get it fixed. While they were working on my car, they gave me a Cybertruck as a loaner, which was already amazing. Later that day, I parked the Cybertruck in my building’s garage in Downtown Miami. Since the loaner didn’t have my building’s parking sticker on it, it ended up getting towed within the same hour. I called Wesley and explained what happened, and he immediately took care of everything. He handled the tow situation, paid the towing fees, and didn’t charge me anything. He was super nice and helpful from beginning to end and never made me feel like the situation was a problem. On top of that, they fixed my Model 3 quickly and even gave me a $200 service credit for the next time I come in. These guys took great care of my car, gave me an awesome loaner, and even continued taking care of me after the loaner got towed. That level of customer service is hard to find. This is honestly the only Tesla Service Center I recommend in Miami. In my experience, it’s the best one in Miami, if not all of Florida. Huge thank you to Wesley and the entire team. I seriously appreciate how well you guys treated me. Highly recommended!
