I have two Teslas, ridiculous amount of money spent on purchase, great cars, tarnished by terrible service! Yes I make appointments. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Is unbelievable how terrible this location is. #1. They can not keep up with service demand here, you will notice that the minute you walk in. Secondly, the so called “service” people will stare at the screen forever as you’re standing there like you’re lost, it has become abundantly clear to me that most of this is just amateur hour, you’re not dealing with service engineers, you’re dealing with Walmart level service. I had to just walk off because truly maddening.

Terrible customer service. I spent over $2,000 in repairs and maintenance. I had the center console replaced and the side pieces were not reinstalled. I paid $275 for a 4 wheel alignment, asking specifically to make sure the front camber was set as close to zero as possible, the only adjustment made was to set the toe in. I had the tires rotated for $65 and the tech left the lug nut chrome caps off all the wheels. When I discovered the chrome caps missing I had to text them several times before getting a response which was, the took pictures of my car when I brought it in and yes it had chrome caps, buy new ones and send us the receipt for reimbursement, not come in and we’ll replace them. Much better service from our dealer in California. I suggest not bringing your vehicle here at all.

I had a very frustrating experience with this Tesla Service Center. They say they will provide 1hr arrival windows for mobile service appointments, but then don’t communicate until they’re 10 min away, then inform you that they leave if they’re left waiting for 15min or more. Because they told me they’d provide a 1hr arrival window the morning of my appointment, I went to run errands nearby. But wasnt able to make it back in time when the tech texted me saying he is 10 min away. I got home in 30min but it was too late. I tried calling and was pushed from person to person eventually being hungup on and then ignored. Taking time off work based on the scheduled appointment only to have no one show up when promised is unacceptable. Even more frustrating, it felt like the focus was on avoiding the repair instead of fixing the actual issue. Rather than resolving the problem, I was left dealing with delays, rescheduling, and a lack of accountability. Tesla makes great vehicles, but the service experience needs significant improvement. If you’re going to provide appointment windows, honor them—or at the very least communicate proactively when plans change. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down updates or repeatedly reschedule for issues that should have been addressed the first time. On top of that they do not honor their word when they say they will contact you back.

Excellent service!!! I had to change my low voltage battery and was in and out within 45 minutes. I even test drove the demo FSD.. The service and sales Reps were great 👍. Thank you 😊
