Scheduled my dual motor model 3 for filter and oil change on the drive units. Service rep advised me that that was not needed. I have 100,000 + miles and drive it hard, so I insisted. They said it would be $250 and take one hour. Wow, that’s great. 3 hours later when I looked at the detailed service bill, it only had one drive unit accomplished. So I’m back here today to get the other drive unit done. Meanwhile they are running around asking everyone here if they want to test drive a new Model Y.

Although our plans shifted and we didn’t end up completing the service there, Claudio was an absolute rockstar on the phone. He patiently walked me through everything in detail during our initial call, remaining professional, friendly, and helpful even as I rambled with lots of questions. When I needed to reschedule due to changing circumstances, he made it effortless and was so understanding. His communication, expertise, and genuine care turned a potentially frustrating situation into a great experience. BEWARE! If your warranty has expired, just go somewhere else. I went to sleep with a $2k estimate. The car was already dropped off. I woke up with a $6k estimate. I called different shops to get second opinions - all of them unanimously agreed the cost escalation was a total scam. To make matters worse, I left work midday to get the car and take it somewhere else. Only once I was in person, committing to walking away, did they said they would be able to get the cost below $5k. All I heard was "Yes, we actively try to rip people off, but since you actually followed through with trying to cancel, we can try to reduce the fee" ... Blatant and transparent scam. I walked away!!!!! Their staff was helpful, this isn't about them. Its about the process. $6k for basic work is joke. That's a full year of savings for most people. Don't be afraid to walk away. I will likely never go to a Tesla Service Center again after this.

This particular experience was an 11/10! Stephen was more than helpful and attentive when addressing all of my concerns. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and specs, his ability to multitask and his amazing communication abilities. I hope to have him assisting me should I need to return! I happened to visit during a customer promotion & received a free swag bag too! Always a nice plus. Shout out Stephen, Kevin, Lewis!!

I came here for a few warranty repairs, and I have to say I was honestly surprised by how friendly everyone I interacted with was. I have to personally shoutout Jade, as he was usually the one taking care of me, as well as Stephen who was understanding and friendly. I had a few body panel issues after taking delivery of my car (pre owned through Tesla) and they handled them over a view visits with no hassle and a high standard. One of the repairs was going to take the whole days en they got me in a model Y loaner car quickly and easily. While I’d like to think the issues I had warrantied were obviously warranty issues, I’ve seen other service centers give people a hard time over much less and I appreciated the straightforward approach from the eatonville SC
