Tesla Service Palm Springs-Cathedral City

Great experience, very professional workers

Bernard provided A+ service and communication during a very stressful time. Having my vehicle become unresponsive at a supercharger and needing to be towed to the service center on the first day of my vacation was not ideal and stressful. But Bernard’s communication and quick turnaround time to get me back on the road meant the world to me. I have not experienced this level of A+ customer service ever before. Thank you Bernard and thank you Tesla!

This is the second time I bring my car in and they take really good care of me even if I didn’t have an appointment. Both technicians were super friendly, great customer service from Johnny and the other technician and they charged me less than what they quoted me. Thank you for the amazing service.

Bad service, Johnny gave me estimated time to 10:45am for my car to be ready. I waited until 12pm was late for work for someone else to give me loaner. Johnny had a careless attitude, bad customer service and poor communication After that they are asking me to pick up my car and return the loaner in 24 hours - which doesn’t work with my schedule. Otherwise, I will pay $100 per day for the loaner which I didn’t ask for, as I waited 3.5 hours hopping to leave with my car. When I asked for extension to pick up my car they refused. They act like we have nothing to do in life other than waiting for the car to be fixed
