While I appreciate the staff working to resolve this issue right now, I was quite concerned after hearing a noise from the front left tire and the steering wheel when turning while parked following the tire rotation. I really love my new 2026 Tesla and want to make sure its value and performance are fully protected. I trust the team will get this sorted out, but I wanted to ensure a senior technician double-checks the work before I take it home.

Avoid this service center. I had a front driver unit alert last year so I got some diagnosis done at a different service center. The problem got worse recently so I decided to go for a repair at the Palo Alto location. From the beginning, they told me they need 2 hours diagnosis time (1 hour at the previous center) because my car model was old. After the diagnosis is done, they sent me a cost estimate to replace the rear driver unit (alert is for the front driver unit), and I had to remind them to update the estimate lol. As the estimate was the same cost as last time so I approved it, and was told that it would take 2 days to complete the work. After a week's wait, they asked for $500 more in diagnosis without letting me know what they tried to find in further. So I declined the cost change. After I got my car back, immediately noticed the AC stopped working...It's part of the procedure to replace the AC fluid but they said I need to schedule another appointment to diagnose the issue again...now I am still wait for the appointment as they cancelled my original appointment time because of lack of technicians at work...Post my experiences here to share with others, for a repair that costs more than $6000+, you won't get what you paid for.

The time I had a Tesla recall, it went very smoothly and I instantly got a loaner car with all my setting preloaded. That was nice. This time I needed to get a part (not under warranty) and it was sort-of not well organized and I had to talk to 3 different people and wait over 15 minutes. They don't have a service counter. It wasn't awful, but just not 5 stars

Very dismissive front end staff (Victoria and Liz). No manager on site to speak with. I was told obscure noises for new car were a standard maintenance item despite not being listed anywhere on the vehicles standard maintenance list. Deserving of the 2 star average rating.

Went in for an alignment and get the steering wheel recentered. Upon pickup, steering wheel was not recentered which means they failed to due the alignment properly by their own process. Then was told to come back in the following day. I waited almost an hour for a tech to drive my vehicle to prove I wasn't lying I guess, only to be told they were short staffed and could not re align it and to make another appointment. Due to limited available time slots, I had to wait almost 2 weeks. Only to be told to drop my vehicle off as they were short staffed again and could not get it completed until the following day even with my appointments made. Wasted hours and $275 and my alignment still isn't proper.
