Brian was friendly and quick to answer questions. Overall experience has been great the few times I've been there. It only took an hour or so to diagnose and repair my issues.

I brought my Cybertruck in for a warranty repair to address a noise concern. During the visit, the technician removed the driver's seat. Before any work began, I specifically warned both the Service Manager and the service advisor to be extremely careful because, when I originally took delivery of this Cybertruck, Tesla damaged multiple interior trim pieces, including the A-pillar trim, dashboard trim, door panels, center console, and other interior components. It took months, multiple appointments, and countless trips to finally get every damaged part replaced. Unfortunately, despite my warning, the exact same thing happened again. The technician damaged the interior trim during the seat removal. This demonstrates a complete lack of care and professionalism. While I understand Tesla may replace the damaged parts under warranty, that does not compensate me for the months of waiting, repeated appointments, time spent dropping off and picking up the vehicle, and the disruption to my business. I am a busy business owner and simply do not have time to repeatedly deal with damage caused by Tesla's own technicians. To make matters worse, I have another Tesla with an ongoing noise issue that Tesla has still failed to diagnose or repair. I also paid Tesla to perform a wheel alignment because the tires were wearing all the way down to the steel cords due to an improper alignment. Instead of properly correcting the issue, Tesla only adjusted one wheel while leaving the others essentially unchanged, claiming they were "within specification." That explanation is unacceptable. A properly aligned vehicle should not destroy tires to the point where the steel cords are exposed. I later had the vehicle inspected by Firestone, where the technicians actually attempted to fine-tune the alignment to achieve the best possible result instead of simply relying on broad factory specifications. The difference in professionalism was obvious. Tesla's failure to properly perform the alignment caused premature tire wear, unnecessary expense, and created a serious safety concern. This is now a pattern of careless workmanship, poor quality control, and failure to properly resolve customer concerns. My vehicles continue to be damaged while in Tesla's care, legitimate repair concerns remain unresolved, and I continue to lose valuable time dealing with repeated service visits that should never have been necessary. I expect Tesla to take responsibility for the damage caused during service, properly repair my vehicles, and improve the quality of its service so customers are not forced to repeatedly return because of preventable mistakes.

I hate leaving bad reviews but the service center has not given me one good reason to give them a good review today I had a scheduled appointment at 9 am I previously had asked about how long it was gonna take before hand because I have had problems with this dealership taking so long the man told me it would be one to two hours to complete the service which was the leather skin on my glove box was starting to peel I drop my car off and noon rolls around I walk into the Service area to check on the progress as it’s been an hour longer than what they had previously told me to then only be informed that they had broken my passenger seat adjuster buttons. Okay cool would have been nice for someone to come and tell me that but whatever. An hour and a half goes by. I have to go back out to the service center to ask if we have an approximate time they told me that somebody was going to get my car. My sentry mode was available for me it was in a parking lot……For another 30 minutes to then he told me to go get my vehicle from the back parking lot instead of pulling them to the front like they had done for every other service that morning? I get into my car and a piece of the inside of my glove box is broken I go back in and they basically tell me they have no idea where it’s from and it’s not a piece of the seat they broke. I left with 2 and a half hours waisted and a part of my glovebox that wasent broken before now broken

Cody provided outstanding service throughout the entire experience. He was extremely helpful, communicated clearly and consistently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to great customer service. I really appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend working with him.
