Tesla Service Plano

Initially, a helpful young Black woman assisted me and recommended I have my 2021 Tesla Model Y delivered from the Dallas Love Field location. Upon delivery, however, I noticed several unresolved maintenance issues, including a persistent squeaking sound. Shortly after, I received a critical alert on the dash regarding a low-voltage battery, instructing me to call roadside assistance. My wife and I purchased this vehicle directly from the Tesla website and expected these basic maintenance issues to be resolved prior to delivery, so this was highly frustrating. I drove the car to the Plano location for help and spoke with an advisor named Owen. I politely asked him if I could speak with a manager to address these consecutive issues. Owen was incredibly dismissive and snippy, telling me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to drive back to the Love Field location. I had to ask for a manager five times before he finally walked away, muttering that the manager would just tell me the same thing. Fortunately, that was not the case. The manager, B'meir, was exceptionally professional and understanding. He immediately had the technicians look at the car, and they confirmed the maintenance updates were completely overlooked before delivery. B'meir made things right, took the car in for service, and provided me with a loaner vehicle. Thank you, B'meir, for stepping up and taking care of a customer, regardless of which location originally handled the delivery.

It's one of the worst service I ever had. Front reception is don't have any respective towards the customer service, they don't have enough knowledge on Tesla car to tell the problem and do the repair for it. I really surprised how the Tesla is operating with this kind of service. They even damaged my car during the servicing period and saying it been happened before. It's not our problem.

I would like to give a shoutout to Jennifer in service department. She helped me get in last minute on a Saturday and get taken care of. Car was fixed within a day or two and was given a loaner to use in the mean time. Jennifer was courteous, empathetic, welcoming and helped get the issue resolved with urgency. Really appreciate her attentiveness and will be back with any needs. Thanks again

My model 3 tire was leaking, try to pump few times, still leak. I go to Tesla democracy center without appointment, Ray Lopez help me to check the tire, and found wheel was break, Ray was so nice and Professional, he help me check the tire and found the problem in wheel, my car was fix in few hour. Nice job Ray and Democracy center.

This is by far the worst service center I have ever dealt with. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism here is unbelievable. Honestly, places like this damage Tesla’s reputation more than anything else. If this is the experience you get after buying a Tesla, it makes you question the entire brand. Avoid this service center at all costs.
