Tesla Service Pleasant Grove

Complete failure and total incompetence, a part of our bumper of our new Tesla fell off, we had to wait for 2 weeks for an appointment to be available for a Tesla rep to look at it tell us they don’t have it wait for them to order it reschedule for the next 3weeks out appointment I go back and get told they ordered the rear one but now they have a front one that is unpainted, to come back in two weeks my wife brings it back this morning she waits for 2 hours and gets told it’s ready I look on the app and see the attached photo below saying they fixed it. And she comes out and it’s the exact same. She goes back in waits for 30 min in line talks with their service desk and they go back and talk with the repair person and comes back to say it was never painted and we need to reschedule for another time to come in. It’s almost a part time job just getting something fixed under warranty. There is a bad vibration in the dash that I can’t trust them to even look at because of this. It’s complete and utter madness working with Tesla service. Everything is by request in the app so I can’t even call in to ask them I have never once been able to reach the service department by phone. The car and sales process is a 5 star the service is a -5star so overall experience is a 1 star. This is almost 2 months for a price of plastic I can order on amazon have it delivered tomorrow but they don’t have one for the 2026 model. Complete incompetence!!!! I can even speak with a manager! They did nothing to our car and claimed they fixed it. Tesla please fix this!!!

I made an appointment to fix an unstable driver’s seat and had to wait a month for the next appointment. I described the issue in my reservation, which was a recurring problem that took a week to fix the first time. Despite me calling and telling them I was coming in for the same problem, they took an hour to assess my car and tell me they don’t have the part necessary to fix it (the same part they used the first time); and the earliest they can get me back in is three weeks from now. Incompetence, refusal to listen to a customer, long wait times.

Pleasant Grove normally gives pretty good service. Today they were outstanding. Prompt checkin. Great communication. They accommodated me after I told them that my drive home was an hour away. I was in and out in what seemed like no time. I feel like they have ramped up their customer service to an exceptional level.

Hernan T. from the Pleasant Grove Tesla service center was highly helpful and professional in assisting me with changing my flat tire late in the evening. He went above and beyond by checking the condition of my other tires to ensure they were safe to drive on. He identified that another tire was also excessively worn, with wires visible and no tread. Hernan removed the worn tires and provided loaner spare tires until I was able to get replacement tires. I appreciate the extra effort taken to ensure my safety. Thank you🙏🙏

I had the absolute best experience buying my tesla. It was so easy I did everything online including the payment for pickup and signing all of my documents and scheduling. And when the time came to pick up my car I went inside they looked me up and took me out to my car at that point there was a video that showed me what to do and then I drove her home . And this one I ordered straight from the gigafactory and it was probably about 10 days total before she got here. Best car buying experience I've ever had definitely will buy another Tesla in the future.
