Two words. CHRIS HANSON. I had nothing but problems from the Tigerd service center for a long time. Not only did Chris listen to everything that I had to say, but he made me feel validated, and he made my concerns matter. I will not be taking my Tesla anywhere else but the service center from now on.

If you’re thinking about getting a Tesla or coming here for service DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! December 31st We came here for a test drive and really liked the model 3 performance but they had none in stock. The Tesla sales person told us any car we buy would have to be picked up that day because there will be no more federal tax credit in 2025.There was one in Bend Oregon so we did the order online and got a call from them, while on the call they also told you we would have to pick it up this day or we wouldn’t get it for price that’s online now, we asked about delivering it to us but they said it would cost extra as well. So we rushed to pick it up which was 3hr away. Well it was 6pm by the time we got there the car was outside and dark so we couldn’t do an inspection but we still took the car. Driving it home the car was damaged do to the rocks on the road because of the crazy amount of snow we had to pass to get home. This turned into a little over $19000 for the repairs for us and Tesla did not to help us but lie. After inspecting the car noticed multiple pieces warped and the seals warped and alignment was off. Took the car in they replaced it but when I checked the didn’t put the seals in correctly but upside down and during the alignment they never screwed the skid plate back which was just hanging. So all that had to get done. About a month later turning into a parking spot there was a loud pop on the right front side took it back to get fixed. They stated it was a screw over tightened which last month I found out from a supervisor that it was something wrong with the subframe which they had to completely replace. They never informed me of this. After this service took the car back home parked it in the garage and noticed they didn’t even put the front bumper back in correctly so I did I myself. Later that day I noticed screws on the ground where we park the car contact Tesla and they said those weren’t their screws even though it’s the only mechanical thing in our garage. Took it back to the center to have it checked out. This time the light bars all of them in the car started warping and cracking. They want 2000$ for each of them but they agree to fix it for now charge. After picking the car up again they only fixed 2 of 5 panels and in the process scratched multiple panels, broken the mirror visor, left the car filthy from dirt on the seats and getting multiple panels dirty and didn’t address the alignment issue or the issue of the car being unbalanced and pulling to the right. Again make another appointment to get it fixed and this is when I found out about them doing the subframe from the manager. Brought the car in all good when to pick it up and as soon as I sit in the car noticed multiple panels not clipped into place clear as day idk how you miss it. Leave the car again to get that fixed. Talk to the manager and told him about the worries with the subframe and the car pulling right that we have a safety issue and feel unsafe with the car, my wife drives this car and my kids ride in it sometime. His responds was I stand by my guys which is ok but after all these issues I would hope they take it more seriously. Nope they just offered some Fsd for a month which we never got to this day. Attempted to trade the car in, messaged Carlos with Tesla but the offer was horrible, attempted to explain our issues but they just ignored us after that. Picked up the car still have a serious issue with the car pulling right Tesla has been no help at all. By far the worst experience we have ever had. We were even looking at the model x for the wife before we found out they never told us about the subframe. If you’re looking for a trusted transparent company I would stay away. All the service centers are the same we have been to 3 so far and no help at all. Hope this review helps some of you who are interested in getting one.

5 star customer service from Lesley B. She set an example for excellence and professionalism. We hit emergency rock and she gave us all the effort and attention to save our day, get us taken cared of with a 6 year old traveling from out of state. I cannot say thank you enough.
