Tesla Service Princeton

One of the WORST service center Tesla got. STAY AWAY from this center. Got an appointment for Monday, dropped my car off Monday morning. The car just sat there for 3 days without anyone touching it. Thursday someone looked at it and my estimate went up 4 times. The service advisor whose name is Dafina is the most rudest, clueless, impolite advisor in that center. Always responded with a scripted “don’t worry we will take care” with zero action and zero follow up. Overall a worst experience you can expect after staying loyal to Tesla over 7 yrs. Avoid this center at all cost, Springfield or Old Bridge centers are much better.

I reported vibration issue in march . Getting an appointment was difficult. They told me to replace front right tire . I did that. But next day the vibration came back. It took almost a month to get new appointment. This time i was initially told it is 47$ wheel balancing. Later told the rear left tire needs replacement and padding has come off etc and charges 450$. Issues overall 1. Unable to diagnose issues first time 2. Difficulty in getting service appointment 3. Two tire issues within 18 month of purchasing costing 700+ dollars 4. Overall vehicle and service quality

I had a truly great experience with this Tesla Service Center. I want to call out Alex R., the new service manager. He’s a real asset to Tesla. He recognized that parts of the process could have been handled better, listened carefully and empathetically, and most importantly, took ownership and made things right. He was consistently responsive, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping. That made all the difference and completely changed my experience. @Elon — I’ll be honest, I wasn’t planning on getting another Tesla. This team, and Alex in particular, changed my mind. Thank you, Alex. You’ve got a very happy Tesla convert.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Cullen from Tesla Service. I rushed over there for some help and got there at 5:15. Wasn’t expecting anyone to help me after they close but he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He told me exactly what I needed and got me booked. Just a great dude and a tremendous asset to your team.

I wish I could give a negative rating. But the lowest is 1-star. My short suggestion to you: NEVER CHANGE YOUR TIRES WITH TESLA. I just changed 4 brand new tires with Tesla 6 weeks ago. 1 Tire got flat for no reason! I came in and saying "I just got a flat tire. These are brand-new tires from your store. Do you have any warranty on that?" The service man said, "No. Your tire is already 40 days old! How could you expect any warranty from us? If you want to change the tire, you have to pay 400 bucks plus all other costs". I mentioned Costco and other places. The service man said, "You can change your tire with Costco, why do you do it here?" Man, I am breathing fire! How could Tesla, such an innovative company, have such a poor warranty and quality of service?
