Tesla Service Raleigh-Glenwood Avenue

The service here is horrible both my tires went flat and i called and they just keep redirecting to different people i was stuck for multiple hours they sell you a car that can’t repair itself how am i going to buy a car that doesn’t even have a spare and i try to call them and they cant help me

I had an appointment last Friday at 9 AM for a wheel alignment. I scheduled it so it was a day after getting my tires installed at another business. I got there at 8:30 AM and waited out in the parking lot till I realized that they were keeping the doors lock and you have to walk around the side just around 9 o’clock and the person behind the counter looked me up and said “oh the alignment machines were out of adjustment “ I said OK then she repeated that and said they could not do the service. They said it been out of adjustment since the previous afternoon. I asked her why I was not contacted and she had no response. She just told me they could schedule me at the other location that’s nowhere near this location. I took time off of work and planed this appointment out very carefully so I wouldn’t rack up wear unevenly on my tires. So I had to end up leaving with no service even though I had an appointment. It was approximately a 1 Hour Dr. there from my home.If I did this to Tesla, they would’ve charged me $100. They did not offer me anything. This location seems to be poorly run. I called the national number for Tesla and logged an complaint, they said they would have the manager call me by Monday now it’s Monday Evening and I have not had a Call from them. maybe I’m looking at this wrong, but it shows only six reviews on this location. I’m going to this location before a couple years ago and it had a lot more reviews. I wonder what’s up with that?

Amy and Nikia (spelling?) went above and beyond from start to finish. they had consistent, clear, and timely communication, ensured that i was not inconvenienced in any way, were proactive about both the claim and the rental, and were overall a joy to work with. isiah also worked with my hectic hospital schedule, making sure my car was returned where and when i needed it. A+++ team all around. i’d recommend this service center to anyone in the area. they could not have been more helpful!

Sold me a battery over the counter and it died within 2 months. There was no mention of warranty terms, but they refused to replace the faulty product or give a refund.
