Tesla Service Reno-Sparks

Disappointed today for 1 pm delivery 🤨

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had an extremely disappointing experience with this service center. I originally brought my vehicle in for a single tire replacement, but I was later told that all four tires had been replaced and was charged approximately $1,500. After I questioned the charges, the bill was reduced, but I still have serious concerns about the work that was performed. I have requested the service records and DOT/serial numbers for the tires so I can verify what was actually installed because what I am seeing on my vehicle does not appear to match what I was told. I have also requested an explanation and a callback, but no one has responded. I expect transparency, accurate documentation, and communication when it comes to vehicle service—especially when it involves a significant expense and a safety-related repair. I hope Tesla will contact me promptly and resolve these concerns.

Leland gave the best service experience. Greatly appreciated. Love my Tesla Cybertruck and Elon.

Helpful and friendly staff. This service center has gone above beyond for me a couple times and I'm very thankful I have access to a great service center especially for such an intricate vehicle.

I had the best experience ever at this place. So welcoming. Answered all my questions. I had my baby with me and they went above and beyond for me. Talk to me every step of the way. Great prices for everything I needed done. I walked in they took my car and it was done within an hour. David and leeland I believe that is his name are absolutely amazing. Showed me more things I did not know the Tesla model y did. Opened all the doors for me and made me so comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for anything I need. They have definitely earned my business with them!!
