I've been to this Tesla Service Center twice, and unfortunately both visits have been disappointing. During my first visit, I brought my 2024 Model Y Performance in for an air filter replacement, compressor cleaning, a steering column rumbling issue, a recurring interior windshield camera warning, and factory installation of a Tesla OEM roof rack. Although the Tesla app estimated same-day service, I was told the vehicle would need to stay overnight. The service advisor who checked me in was friendly, professional, and provided a loaner vehicle, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, things went downhill when I picked up my car. Before leaving, I inspected the work and found that the roof rack was visibly misaligned. The protective stickers beneath the rack were sticking out and peeling, making it clear the installation had not been done correctly. I also tested the steering wheel adjustment and immediately noticed another problem. The steering column would only move a short distance before stopping completely, and after a few more attempts it failed altogether. This happened around 5:30 PM. When I tried to return inside, the doors were already locked despite the posted 6:00 PM closing time. Fortunately, a technician let me back in so they could investigate. A manager initially told me the repair would require another day and that I could keep the loaner. Because I already had a family trip planned, I explained that I needed my own vehicle back. They agreed to repair it immediately, and about an hour later informed me the steering column simply had not been calibrated correctly for my year and model. They also corrected the roof rack alignment, and everything appeared to be working properly when I left. Less than a week later, the same interior windshield camera warning returned. This was one of the original reasons for my first service visit, and I had been told the camera area was cleaned during that appointment. Since the warning came back almost immediately, it was clear the issue had not actually been resolved, requiring yet another trip to the service center. Once again, the advisor who checked me in was courteous and helpful. However, another employee assisting her was far less professional. Rather than acknowledging that the previous repair may have failed, he immediately suggested other causes, such as parking in a garage or driving at night. I explained that neither applied to me. He also suggested my Thule Motion 3 XL cargo box might be causing the warning because it wasn't a Tesla OEM cargo box. I explained that the roof rack itself was Tesla OEM and that Tesla doesn't even sell an OEM rooftop cargo box. That explanation made little sense and gave me the impression he was looking for reasons to blame my aftermarket accessory instead of considering that the original repair hadn't fixed the problem. The advisors I've worked with have generally been polite, especially the woman who checked me in on both visits. However, the quality of the repairs and the overall service experience have been disappointing. Having to return multiple times to correct issues that were either introduced during service or never properly fixed, combined with a dismissive attitude toward legitimate concerns, has left me with very little confidence in this service center. I sincerely hope Tesla improves its quality control and customer service because owners shouldn't have to make multiple visits to correct work that should have been done right the first time.

I really wanted to give this service center a positive review because there were some things they did well. The service advisors communicated promptly through the Tesla app, and I appreciated being kept updated throughout the process. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I brought my Model X in for routine service along with a few minor issues. One of those issues involved the front windshield camera area needing to be cleaned. I was surprised to be charged $80 for this service, as it appears to be a common issue with Teslas and, in my opinion, should be covered as a courtesy. To make matters more confusing, I've read reviews from other Tesla owners who said they were not charged for the exact same service, so the pricing seems inconsistent. Another frustration was the amount of time it took before my vehicle was even worked on. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 a.m., but the service didn't begin until around 1:30 p.m., which pushed my pickup time past 6:30 p.m. If the vehicle wasn't going to be serviced for several hours, it would have been helpful to know that upfront. The biggest issue, however, happened after I picked up my vehicle. The passenger-side door would no longer open using either the interior or exterior button. As a result, I now have to make another trip back to the service center in two weeks. I was told I couldn't get an earlier appointment because it wasn't considered a "safety concern." I am highly confident this issue was caused during my service visit, as technicians were working on the trim around the door jambs. From my perspective, I brought my vehicle in for repairs, paid a significant amount for service, and left with a brand-new problem that the service center won't even prioritize fixing. That's incredibly frustrating and not the level of service I expect. I hope Tesla addresses both the inconsistent service charges and the quality control issues that led to this experience. I genuinely wanted to leave a positive review, but based on what happened, I can't recommend this service center in its current state. That said, I would be happy to update or change my review if the service center is willing to get my vehicle in sooner and promptly correct the issue that appears to have been caused during my original service appointment. I believe that would demonstrate a commitment to standing behind their work and making things right for their customers.

Had my car towed to this location for service. They NEVER answer their main line and their voicemail box is messed up. My car has been there for 24 hours and I can’t get anyone on the phone. I also own a Land Rover Defender, when I call them, they answer. I would say the service at Tesla is embarrassing and makes me never want to buy another new car from them. Also, my car is there due to a dead battery, and when the battery dies you cannot roll up the window, it does this weird thing where it rolls them down just a little and if you shut the door the windows are not aligned and they will hit the door frame and crack. So now my car has a dead battery and also a cracked window.

Amazing service members. Diego V. Was fantastic and my service advisor was so helpful also. They treat each client with the utmost respect and kindness. Chilled waters, snacks and the most respectful and thorough advisors...even cute little coloring pages along with Crayola crayons for the kiddos while you wait. Im very thankful for this service center. They are wonderful!

As a new Tesla owner, I’ve had to visit this service center twice in the last few months. My first experience was seamless; Jose assisted me and was incredibly helpful, providing a loaner and ensuring I was fully comfortable with the app and vehicle features. For those used to traditional dealerships, be prepared to embrace the Tesla app for everything from scheduling to status updates—it’s a different but efficient workflow. My second visit today was just as efficient—I was in and out within an hour thanks to a very pleasant advisor. However, what really impressed me was witnessing the team handle a difficult situation. A senior service advisor (whose name I unfortunately missed) dealt with a very frustrated customer with incredible composure and patience. He de-escalated the situation beautifully, making it clear he was there to help. I also noticed a tall, blonde gentleman assisting her with the same level of kindness. It’s rare to see staff treat customers with the same care they’d give their own family. Huge kudos to the team for setting such a high standard for empathy and professionalism!
