0 stars if I could. Extremely disappointing experience with this Tesla service center. The biggest issue has been the complete lack of communication and accountability. I have had to repeatedly follow up regarding an ongoing service issue, and despite raising concerns multiple times over the phone and through Tesla messages, the same communication problems continued. I specifically requested to be notified by call or message once the follow-up appointment was scheduled, yet that request was ignored. What should have been a straightforward follow-up process became unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming. Due to the original miscommunication, we already needed the follow-up service, and even getting that arranged has been an exhausting experience. What made matters worse was the conflicting information we received when trying to speak with the General Manager. I had been requesting to speak with the GM and was told yesterday that he had left for the day because it was after 4 PM. When my husband called today, we were told that the GM had actually been out for approximately two weeks and that the team did not know when he would return, which doesn’t sound genuine at all. This kind of conflicting information is exactly the lack of communication and care I have been trying to address. I understand that issues can happen and that service centers can be busy. What is unacceptable is the repeated lack of communication, failure to acknowledge concerns, and lack of ownership when customers raise legitimate issues. I hope Tesla takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer service and communication at this location. Unfortunately, after this experience, I would give 0 stars if Google allowed it, and I sincerely hope I never have to deal with this service center again.

After my Cybertruck sat at Tesla Owings Mills for nearly two weeks with zero progress on a power conversion system warranty repair, I picked it up and drove it to the Rockville location. Best decision I made. Rockville started work within a day and had the repair fully completed in three days. They also provided a Cybertruck loaner the entire time, which made the process seamless. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. It was absolutely worth the drive. Highly recommend Tesla Service Rockville if you need real results.

Being monopolists, these guys have absolute power. If they say your vehicle needs X, you can't really get a second opinion. If they charge you an arm and a leg, you can't go to another shop. If, the day you pick up your vehicle after their service it starts exhibiting new symptoms, they can just lie to your face that it's not their problem, and demand more money. You have no retort, no leverage. Escalating to service manager gets no response. If you're like me and make enough money, you can just pay your way through - but you still can't help feeling betrayed. Which, at the end of the day, results in a simple decision - avoid Tesla Service at all cost, and, ideally, avoid Tesla. My other car is a BMW X7, sure an ancient ICE dinosaur - but at least I don't feel being humiliated by their service department. Thank you, Tesla, it was nice knowing you, I am moving on.

We were traveling back from Washington, DC, when we suddenly had a charging issue with our Tesla. We stopped at this Tesla Service Center, and the team helped us resolve the problem quickly so we could continue our trip without a long delay. A special thanks to Aisra, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the whole process. She kept us informed and made sure everything was taken care of. The service center also has a great atmosphere, with a clean and comfortable waiting area where you can relax and enjoy a coffee while your vehicle is being serviced. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I truly appreciate their help and would definitely recommend this Tesla Service Center to anyone.
