Tesla Service Sacramento

Parts department has a seperate little waiting area in the service center. I was told to sit in the wrong location, so it took longer, but its cool. Got my 12v battery.

Highly recommend this service center! I've brought my car here 5 times (3 out-of-warranty, 2 warranty repairs), and they always finish on time. A couple of days ago I needed suspension parts and was pleasantly surprised that everything was in stock and available for purchase the same day. Great service!

I had a great experience at Tesla, and I want to give a special shoutout to Bryant, my sales representative. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate his help. highly recommend asking for Bryant!

The team seemed more interested in raising their own statistical numbers rather than fixing the actual problem with my car. Next time I will purchase a car from a human company like Rivian.

I visited the service center today to check my tire pressure and ended up needing to get a new tire. I was fortunate enough to have Jose help me again and just like last time he took great care of me. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable and kept me updated every step of the way. Jose explained and convinced me to get the Wheel and Tire Protection plan since this is the 2nd tire I had replaced since June. Everyone I spoke to today in the service center and sales floor was awesome, friendly, and helpful. 10/10 recommend the Sacramento location.
