They were super helpful, just get used to communicating through the app and you can pick up anytime even if they’re closed. These cars are typically frustrating because they’re so technologically advanced, but I appreciate their hard work!!

If you’re thinking about buying a Tesla, don’t just watch the YouTube reviews or listen to people talking about acceleration and technology. Ask yourself one question. What happens when something breaks? That is where my experience completely changed. One of the most common issues Tesla owners run into is suspension problems, and unfortunately my experience with the Salt Lake City Service Center has been nothing but frustrating. I brought my vehicle in multiple times for the exact same suspension issue, yet it was never permanently fixed. My vehicle needed lower and upper control arms, rear knuckles, and several suspension components replaced. I was quoted nearly $4,000 for the repairs. After paying and picking up the vehicle, it felt exactly the same as before. When I returned, I was repeatedly told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. On my third visit, another technician re torqued the suspension components. The car drove better for about two weeks, then the exact same problem returned. What made the experience even worse was how I felt every time I walked into the service center. Instead of feeling like they wanted to solve the problem, I felt like I was an inconvenience for coming back with the same issue. After several visits without a lasting repair, I eventually gave up. I was left wondering whether everything that was quoted had actually solved the problem because the vehicle continued behaving exactly as it had before the repairs. I cannot prove what was or was not done, but after spending thousands of dollars and ending up with the same issue, it left me with very little confidence in the work that was performed. John repeatedly made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about, despite driving the vehicle every single day and knowing exactly how it normally feels. Don also seemed frustrated every time I returned with the same unresolved problem, as though the issue was me instead of the vehicle. What surprises me most is that this isn’t just my experience. If you read through the reviews here, you’ll notice many customers describing similar issues. Long wait times, poor communication, feeling ignored, having to return multiple times for the same repair, and leaving without confidence that the problem was actually resolved. When you see the same complaints repeated over and over, it becomes difficult to believe these are isolated incidents. The vehicle itself is enjoyable to drive when everything works. The technology is impressive, and the performance is excellent. But owning a car isn’t just about the good days. It’s about what happens when you need service, because eventually every vehicle needs repairs. Tesla should value the customers who continue supporting the brand, especially when it already faces so much public criticism. Instead, my experience with this service center made me regret buying the vehicle. The biggest problem wasn’t the car. It was trying to get it properly repaired. If you’re considering buying a Tesla, don’t just research the car. Research the service center you’ll depend on after the sale. Read both the positive and negative reviews carefully. My experience has convinced me that good and reliable repair service center is just as important as building a good car. I genuinely hope Tesla improves its service because no customer should have to make multiple visits for the same issue, spend thousands of dollars, and still leave wondering whether their problem was ever truly resolved. As for me, I cannot recommend Tesla based on my experience. You buy it today but getting it properly fixed tomorrow will be the hardest part.

We loved driving our Tesla X and after visiting a number of Tesla Service Centers (all of them great!) and needing some service we were amazed by the world class customer service at the Tesla Service Center in Salt Lake City. Donovan and Kelsey whom we interacted with both deserve 1000 stars out of the 5 suggested stars. They are incredible, friendly, quick to respond, and so good at what they do. We are raving fans not only of Tesla and Elon Musk, but of Donovan and Kelsey and all they've done for us. We hope that they receive all the commendations and compliments they deserve as well as their great manager, Hun! Well done all!!

I’ve been to this Tesla Service Center a few times now, and every single experience has been genuinely wonderful. The team at this location has consistently been kind, professional, patient, communicative, and incredibly helpful. Every time we come in, we feel very well taken care of, and that means a lot. I can honestly say I have never been treated so well while getting my car serviced. Car issues can be stressful, especially when you are waiting on updates or trying to figure out what needs to be done, but this team has always made the experience feel smooth and manageable. They communicate clearly, answer questions, and make us feel like they actually care about helping, not just getting through another appointment. One thing I really appreciate is that they have always been great about providing courtesy vehicles while my car is being worked on. That has made such a huge difference for us and has taken so much stress out of the process. During my most recent visit, we had a small hiccup with one of the courtesy vehicles, and they handled it immediately with so much kindness and professionalism. They offered for us to bring it back and switch into another one, and they made the whole situation feel easy instead of stressful. I really appreciated how understanding and supportive they were. Another thing that really stood out during this most recent visit was when I noticed my car’s battery was getting low while it was waiting to be serviced. I messaged them about it, and they immediately plugged it in and charged it for me. It may seem like a small thing, but it honestly meant a lot. It made me feel like they were paying attention, listening, and willing to help with even the little details. Experiences like this are one of the many reasons I am so glad I chose to buy a Tesla. Between the car itself and the way I have been treated by this service center, I genuinely cannot imagine ever buying a car from any other brand.

We moved here from another state. Relocated here. We had problems with our service department in California. They're horrible this service center. It's almost like you have people behind the counter that don't know what they're doing. They're they blame other things for the problem. They never take accountability. The service department makes me never want to buy a Tesla again in a year when our lease is up. We are going to look at another manufacturer. We love electric but their service department here is got to be the worst people I've ever dealt with in my life. The incompetence of their service people. Their manager, I think his name was Otto what a joke that guy cracks me up. No wonder why you have a service department like this with a guy like that running it LOL definitely makes me want to buy a different brand You bring your car into most dealerships they Clean your car. They take a little bit of pride if you bring your car in. It's a little bit dirty on the outside. Maybe a little bit on the interior. Most dealerships will wash your car and do a light vacuum. This company just returns your car. If they've had it for a day or two and they did some stuff to it, they'd give it to you back empty on energy. It really shows in how bad this company really is the service department is a nightmare. It really shows in their reviews how much they care about their customers. Next year we look forward to our lease coming up and looking into a different brand. Their service departments prove that this is not a company you want to deal with
