Tesla Service San Jose

Brand new center. Very nice waiting area with snacks & coffee. You can take calls from work in a meeting room. Staff helpful. Center is big and has a showroom. Also, has charging stations. Be careful not to get lost in Kayla's eyes, everything else is manageable.

I really want to give a big shout-out to this service center and Kayla (I could spelled wrong). I got a tire depth alert after installed two new tires from Costco in which they don't know how to fix it. I decided to stop by the Tesla Svc Center today. Kayla was very kind, knowledgeable and confidently helped me fix the resetting of the alert. It's just a great professional help.

First experience with Tesla Service Center and all went perfect, test, diagnosed, serviced as promised returned a loaner, all Good! Thanks again.

Tesla service agent first quoted me $600 estimate even though I was under Tesla warranty (leasing my model 3) and did not budge at all and said A/C and alignment were the only 2 things not covered by the warranty (which js a lie). Then service agent said the only one who can change this is the supervisor and they cannot ever get a hold of them so they are not going to even try. Push back hard if they do something like this, which they definitely will. Randomly, another service advisor took over my case and repaired my car (took a week) and made my total bill $0! Loaner car they gave me was awesome BUT on my way to pick up car after a week, it randomly locked me out and unpaired from the Tesla app and it had to be towed by Tesla roadside assistance to the service center. Make sure this does not happen as I was stranded in a bad neighborhood at night because of them. To make it up to me they gave me $50 of Tesla service center credit which makes no sense but whatever. Otherwise, this service center is very big, lots of parking, clean, nice customer service center with coffee and chips, and there are lots of service advisors who can help you right when you pull into their big garage. They are very responsive in the app and can update you very nicely regarding how long they think it will take.

I’ve had recurring issues with my front suspension, and multiple service visits to other service centers only provided partial remedies. This brand new service center understood my concerns and took the time to review the repair history rather than treating it as a new issue. The team was professional, communicative, and kept me informed throughout the process. Most importantly, the technician was able to reproduce the noises I described, identify the underlying cause, and perform a comprehensive repair under my Extended Service Agreement. They also provided clear explanations when I had follow-up questions about the repair notes. The vehicle was completed ahead of schedule, I was provided with a brand new loaner vehicle, and after pickup the suspension noises that had persisted through multiple previous visits were finally gone. This was easily the best Tesla service experience I’ve had. Special thanks to Ryan, Stephanie, and Keyla for their professionalism, communication, and willingness to take my concerns seriously. Their responsiveness and clear explanations made a frustrating recurring issue much easier to navigate. Thank you to the entire San Jose team for taking the time to diagnose and resolve the issue properly.
