Tesla Service San Luis Obispo

First time at the SLO Tesla service center. Great experience. I was able to easily book the appointment via the Tesla App. They had me checked in within minutes. Really nice waiting room with coffee and snacks. In less than 15 start to finish I was on my way in a nice loaner car. Staff were great, very professional and efficient. The app made the whole process really easy.

Best service experience I have ever had. I have 14 different cars and Tesla slo has been the best. I worked with Isiah and Joe and both were extremely helpful and the work was done quick and they even gave me a loaner so my life was not interrupted. Can not recommend enough.

I’ve owned Teslas for over 10 years now, and super grateful to have a local service center to take my cars to. Tesla has always provided me with rock solid service and I treat the staff with respect and appreciation. These are Tesla employees who have expert knowledge of the cars they make. The Tesla staff also have the right tools and software to fix anything. Sometimes it can be tricky to get an appointment same day, but once you have an appointment in the system, just turn up and talk to the service manager in person and they will squeeze you in if possible. I’ve been given all types of loaner vehicles including cybertruck, model x, model y, model s and model 3. Uber credit is also given on request if they have no loaners. Thank you Tesla for making the best car on the planet and providing a convenient service location for me and everyone else! 🙏🏻

Called 5 times in a span of 20 mins. I was hung up on twice after mentioning I was traveling near SLO, had a nail in my tire but have Tesla Tire insurance and needed emergency service. I was sent to voicemail 3 times thereafter. Decent cars when they work, but their service is consistently horrible! Do yourself a favor and get a different brand EV.

本： ⸻ My Tesla broke down during a road trip, and after 5 p.m. the only option was to tow it to a service center. I waited patiently for the repairs, and when they told me the car was ready, I drove 4–5 hours in heavy rain just to pick it up. The cameras and navigation were working before, but after the repair, none of them worked anymore. I had no choice but to drive home late at night in the rain. The next day, when I contacted them to get it fixed again, they quickly pushed me to a different service center and even scheduled me for an appointment in December. I was furious—why not just book me for the 2028 Olympics instead? When we insisted on returning to the original service center, we were told the loaner car had already been given to someone else. Garbage car. Garbage service. I’m ready to give up on Tesla.
