Tesla Service Santa Clara

My car had several problems this year, and during my last repair visit at another service center, some issues remained unresolved, which made me very disappointed with Tesla. However, Jesus at the Santa Clara Service Center completely changed my mind. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and smoothly resolving any minor issues that arose. His excellent service restored my confidence in the Tesla brand and made me feel that Tesla cars are still the best.

Huge thanks to Sharon at Tesla Service Santa Clara! I brought my Model 3 in for a high-speed vibration issue, and Sharon was super helpful, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. The team diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly, and my car drives completely smoothly now. Exceptional service!

Made me late to work, due to unexpectedly long service and lack of accomodations/help. I came to this location for 5th service for one delivery defect issue. I was originally going to the Fremont one as it had better reviews, but a coworker of mine recommended this Santa Clara location as it was closer and apparently had great service. My appointment was at 12pm, as I have my work shift at 2pm-11pm about 10 minutes away. The procedure was quoted to take 15-45 minutes maximum. It ended up taking almost 2 hours, making me late for work. They didn't offer any courtesy or Uber credits whatsoever, just offered to drop me off to work (which isn't enough). They've been pretty unapologetic as well, saying that this timing should be expected (despite it saying otherwise on the Tesla app, and them telling me BEFOREHAND that it would be very short. They are not offering any sort of recompense for my time and money spent/lost due to these issues. All for delivery defect issues that I received from the factory, and not my own doing. Go to Fremont instead, or any of the others with better reviews. I'd say listen to the reviews, especially if they're more recent as it's more indicative of the experience you'll be receiving.

Visited this location twice for minor service appointments and they did a great job both times. They were timely and communicated well. I worked with Dylan both times and would definitely go back here for most of my service needs. One piece of feedback I do have— The lounge has reasonable amenities but I would like the option of an uber ride or a loaner if the service is likely to take longer than 2 hours since I can get a lot of things done in that time or at the very least grab a snack close by. The internet was slightly spotty in the lounge and the snacks available weren’t great either. My advice to anyone going— speak up if you don’t want to wait at the lounge. Don’t make the mistake I did.

I have mixed feel when writing this review. The staff are great and it’s not their fault that I had bad luck with my car which is less than 2 weeks old. They have to replace the entire front drive unit which take more than a week to diagnose and replace. The reason why I am giving 4 stars because you get $100 daily Uber voucher for usage which is awesome. The bad and horrible part is that don’t get regular updates from advisor and you have to keep asking them for status. You are paying for premium car price and you expect someone will call and update you but your will get disappointment with the entire process. It’s not the staff fault because they are so busy. I had high expectation but I was disappointed. Pro tips. If your appointment is at 3 pm. Come early since there will be long lines with cars getting into the service center and I waited 40 mins before it was my turn.
