Over the past few years, I’ve visited this Tesla Service Center many times and have worked with several different advisors. Since Amber joined the team, she has consistently stood out. She is kind, patient, reassuring, and genuinely takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly. What I appreciate most is how willing she is to go the extra mile. She takes the initiative to check inventory, look into availability, follow up on questions, and make sure I have all the information I need. She never makes me feel rushed or like I’m asking too much, and she always takes the time to explain things clearly and make the entire process feel easier and less stressful. Beyond the service she provides, Amber has such a warm and welcoming presence. She treats every customer who walks through the door with kindness, patience, and respect, and you can tell that it comes naturally to her. She has a way of making people feel comfortable and cared for, which makes such a difference in a service environment. Amber is truly a tremendous asset to Tesla. Her level of care, consistency, professionalism, and genuine warmth sets her apart, and she is without question the advisor I feel most comfortable and confident working with. I also want to say thank you to the entire service center for everything you have done for me as a client. Even while dealing with a difficult situation involving a vehicle that has had more issues than I ever expected, I am genuinely grateful for the time, patience, assistance, and support I have received. Situations like this can be frustrating, but having people who are willing to listen, help, and work toward solutions makes a meaningful difference. I truly appreciate everything your team has done for me, and especially the exceptional care Amber continues to provide.

First time going to a service center for my Tesla and Freddy was amazing! Made things super simple got me a nice rental and I accidentally left my keys in the car and he got them for me and put them to the side. Amazing service.

Representative was immediately dismissive even when viewing a photo of early failure brushed it off as nothing. Good luck getting warranty service. Unless you have absolute total failure you won't be helped.

I had an appointment, no loaners available, got a ride, my ride had to wait for me and ended up late for work. Even with an appointment, you have to wait in line. The Hispanic (btw, they are all Hispanic) guy working the first desk seemed like he was the only one working and the rest (there were 4 of them) with no customers in front of them, but on the phone or screens laughing and talking. We ended up being serviced 22 minutes after as we were on time with our appointment. BTW, if you give a description of any of those service guys, they all have the same description. Best to get their names instead, or look at their name badges.

SRS light came on on the wife’s Model Y at 59k miles which is just 1000 miles before the warranty on the SRS system expires. When she tried to make an appointment, it turned out the next one is not until a month from now. She drives a lot so this would put her at over 60k. To ensure she’s covered, she left a message on the app and even went to talk to them in person and explained that the problem occurred before she hit 60k and even showed them. They said that her options are to either stop driving (for a month????) or to go to another facility in Camarillo which is an hour away. So let me get this straight. If you don’t have appointments for, hypothetically, 3 years, should I stop driving for 3 years or potentially go to a facility on the East coast because that’s all you can offer me because you can’t keep up. Come on, Tesla, get it together. P.S. don’t try calling this place either— they’ll pick up and hang up on you
