Tesla Service Sarasota-135-University Town Center

The service standard at this location was acceptable, but the facility feels noticeably understaffed. More concerning was our interaction with an associate named Kaley, who spoke to my family in a dismissive, mocking tone throughout our visit but notably stopped near the end of our visit. The lack of professionalism made for a poor customer experience

Contacted the service center on the morning of 6/4/26 to set up a service appointment to have some reoccurring issues fixed. I was met with an estimate of several hundred dollars even though my vehicle still has the full warranty coverage. When I contacted the service center via the app I would told the several hundred dollar estimate was to diagnose the issues which were already clearly documented when I made the service appointment with pictures and videos. I contacted them telling them the issues were not fixed properly to begin with and it was ignored for over 24 hours. Today on 6/5/26 I received a message stating my service request was cancelled due to them attempting to contact me several times with no response when I was never responded to from a message from over 24 hours prior. Very poor customer service and dishonest location. Would highly recommend not buying a car from this location based on other reviews or attempting to make a service appointment here.

The car was great! The retail service was poor and unfortunately, I’m being generous with saying it was poor. The service reminded me of a cricket or T-Mobile store We booked a demo online, our sales advisor got delayed. They seemed very understaffed so our drive didn’t start until late. We stopped in a nearby parking lot on our way back to the store to check out some of the features when we went to start the car back up and move we were locked out due to some kind of demo timing BS. When I tried to call the store, I was placed on hold for more than 15 minutes. I finally gave up. We walked back to the store. Luckily it wasn’t raining or blazing hot out. This could’ve been a safety issue. The sales person was not apologetic at all. I would go as far as to say she was accusatory when it was her that delayed the start of the demo. I really hope somebody reaches out. I’d be happy to update my rating and review we will see.

had an outstanding experience at the Tesla Service Center, and I truly want to recognize Andre and Deborah for their exceptional service. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. They took the time to clearly explain everything, kept me updated throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely smooth and straightforward. Their communication was top-tier, and they genuinely care about the customer experience. It’s rare to find service representatives who combine technical understanding with patience and a positive attitude the way they do. They represent the Tesla brand at the highest level. If anyone at Tesla deserves a raise or promotion, it’s Andre and Deborah. They went above and beyond, and their effort did not go unnoticed. Thank you both for making this such a great experience.

We had family in town and while here, they had a rock hit their windshield on their Juniper a couple days prior to heading home and left it with a huge crack. Not wanting them to drive 1000 miles home in that condition, we called this Tesla location to see if by any chance, they could get us in on short notice. Talked with Tyler in their service dept and he couldn’t have been more understanding. Got us an appt for 2 days later! When we got there, the condition of the service area, customer lounge and the friendly care and professionalism of everyone there was just outstanding! Quite honestly, based on some of the things I had heard about Tesla service in general, I was apprehensive. The crew at Tesla Sarasota dispelled my apprehension and left me feeling that I had made the right decision in buying a Tesla myself! I’ve never been treated better by any automotive service center anywhere. They were that accommodating! The windshield was replaced, cameras recalibrated and we were on our way in a little less than 3 hours. They even gave me the use of a Model S while they were working on our car!! Absolutely TOPNOTCH!
