Tesla Service Silver Spring

I've been to this service center 3 times. They have always done a good job. They needed my car overnight and I asked for a loaner and they gave me Uber credits. Now I do believe in the concept of mass marketing vehicles such as the MODEL 3 and the Model YIE the model 3 the model y however I drive a Model S which set me back over a hundred thousand dollars I believe if I bring a Flagship Car in I should get a loaner. Well I guess this is a Mercedes so be it

didn’t fix issues they said they did. left my car with a new warning when i got it back. service team doesn’t have great customer service over messages. in person customer service was okay but needs work as well. if people are waiting almost a month to get an appt here do better.

This service center should not be in business. From the site staff to the manager, Ben, customer service is obsolete. Communication was abhorrent. I could not get an appt in a timely manner. I arrived for my service and after waiting 3 weeks to obtain an appt after repeated messages describing further damage to my car that was occurring daily, I was ignored and told to wait until my appointment. I was then promised a loaner car and arrived to my scheduled appointment and had to argue to receive a loaner. My complete car issues were not addressed. I was even told to come pick up my car and take it to a collision center by myself. When I asked questions on how to address repairs and how to insure a smooth transition with Tesla insurance, I was met with “I don’t knows” and “I’m not sure.” There only concern was getting their loaner car back. I picked up my car and it is making a weird noise that in my 3 years of ownership, I have never heard. I was told it was brakes and rotors by Samir, then a technician said it’s an alert system. But it’s of no safety concern but oh just contact collision, they’ll address it when they address issues that we did not. To top it off I was charged storage fees and when I asked to speak with the manager Ben, they all of a sudden couldn’t find him and ensured he would call me. Instead what Ben chose to do was charge my card without authorization and never bother to reach out to me. But he will reach out when he finds out the charge has been blocked. I have already reached out to corporate and will not stop until my car issues are fully addressed and this level of disrespect and despicable customer service is addressed.

First time at this location and it was an easy, stress-free experience. The shop is clean with a great parking lot. The team was prompt, recognized me standing there right away, and even offered a coffee while grabbing my parts. In and out in minutes. Excellent customer service!

I recently had my 2024 Tesla Model Y windshield replaced at the Tesla service center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tony C was outstanding from start to finish. He made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free, walking me through every step with clear communication and genuine care. The team handled my car with excellent attention to detail. They even took the time to carefully transfer my parking sticker to the new windshield — a small touch that meant a lot. Tony also went above and beyond by adding the windshield protection plan inspection, ensuring everything was properly documented and covered moving forward. This was truly top-tier service. Professional, efficient, and customer-focused. I highly recommend Tony and the entire team — 10/10! Thank you Tesla! 🚀
