Tesla Service Springfield, NJ

Karen Zaldivar at the service desk is one of the rudest humans I’ve ever dealt with. I found a nail in my tire and came into the service shop after calling to confirm they had availability. My husband had some technical questions for the technician servicing our car and she refused to let us speak with someone. She continuously argued with us for over 5 minutes saying she and the technician were going to say the same thing. This woman should not be in a customer facing role. Thoroughly disappointed in Tesla Springfield.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service center. The technicians appear to be unskilled, and the quality of the service was far below expectations. My vehicle was kept for 17 days, yet not all of the reported issues were resolved. Even worse, new problems were introduced during the service. Instead of taking responsibility, the team repeatedly made excuses rather than providing proper solutions. I expected much better service and attention to detail.

I had an outstanding experience with Joe H. at Tesla. From the moment he took over my case, he was professional, understanding, and genuinely cared about resolving my concern. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and provided exceptional customer service. What really stood out was that he reviewed my situation and updated it accordingly, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond to ensure the customer feels heard and taken care of. Thank you, Joe, for making what could have been a stressful experience a smooth and positive one. Tesla is fortunate to have someone like you representing the company. Keep up the excellent work!
