Tesla Service St. Louis - South County

I was passing through the town, my model S gave me a notice, and the service department at this location did a great job and very fast with a great price,

The Tesla team is excellent. I've consistently enjoyed positive experiences with them each time I visit, and they always communicate promptly and effectively. Today, I worked with Brian, and he was accommodating regarding my use of a third-party warranty company for payment. Thank you, Tesla, and thank you, Brian.

Greg at the collision center is awesomeeeee!!!

The manager is arrogant dealing with customers

I had an amazing experience at the Tesla Service Center from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and truly customer-focused. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and the service on my vehicle was completed quickly and thoroughly. Everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. I was also provided with a loaner Model X that had all the bells and whistles! It honestly has me seriously considering upgrading! The loaner process itself was seamless and easy, which made the whole experience even better. A special shoutout to Floyd!! he is absolutely the best. He kept me updated every step of the way and even made sure the loaner vehicle was clean, washed, and vacuumed before I received it. That level of care really stood out. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
