They train service advisors to be super friendly and affable in order to mask their unethical and incompetent business practices. After having been to both this and the Tampa dealership several times, I've noticed a disturbing pattern of behavior by svc advisors. They work really hard to convince you that the problem with your vehicle is not a problem, and that the real problem is that you are merely stupid and have misinterpreted reality. Example: 1. After being unable to schedule an appointment to have one of my tesla's HW2.5 hardware upgraded to HW3, I eventually drove to the tampa dealership to request an appointment. The advisor made weird faces and wrote me off as an illiterate who didn't know how to use the app. He then told me that upgrading to hw3 for the purpose of utilizing FSD is a bad idea, because the upgrade will not enable the vehicle to use FSD. I left, but felt uneasy because he sounded like he was making things up as he was going along. I went home and researched, and realized that what he told me was absolutely 100% untrue. 2. I scheduled and was able to get HW3 installed at the St Petersburg dealership. They installed HW3, but failed to properly commission the hardware by following through on installing the complete software package. The result was there was no A.S.S. and no Autopark... and the vehicle drove erratically, violently jerking left and right as it attempted to pick a lane. 3. The app would not let me schedule an appointment for the problem to be examined, and no one replied to my messages, so eventually I walked in. A service advisor told me that if I mess with the HW3 installation, that could spook Tesla's system of determining software download priority, and as such, it won't allow me to download the upcoming V14 Lite. I said okay, walked away, and eventually learned that he just made that up just to get rid of me. 4. I went home and scheduled an appointment for this same issue, and another service advisor cancel my appointment, stating that he attempted to contact me for additional info but was unable (not true-- there's absolutely zero record of them calling/texting/messaging/emailing). I scheduled another appointment, and he canceled. This happened three times. 5. I finally walked in in person (while dropping off another tesla for service) to schedule the appointment. The service advisor simply shrugged it off, saying I probably didn't know how to adjust the settings in my vehicle. He told me to just bring the vehicle by anytime, and he'll take a look at it to make sure the settings are correct. He basically said the problems and symptoms I cited were not a thing, and that there wouldn't be much Tesla could do about it. 6. I said no, I need to convert this to an official service appointment, because bringing the vehicle in "to be looked at" unscheduled and unannounced is an unpredictable act. I also had to spend 2 to 3 minutes to look up the solution on Gemini in order to show him how to do his job (see attachment). Think about it, both Gemini and Chatgpt identified the problem and gave the exact same solution within 2 seconds, yet, a trained Tesla tech dismissively shrugs it off, saying it's not even a thing. 7. The appointment is upcoming, and I will update this review as to what happens. In the meantime, I want the readers to think about this with me. Think about how condescending it is to tell a customer that the problem is that he (the customer) has failed to properly toggle his vehicle's settings. Think about it, if I have spent weeks and weeks of agonizing over a glitchy, partially installed software, don't you think I would have been mindful enough to explore every single setting that's available on the vehicle and on the app? 8. Again, the 3 attached screenshots had to be read aloud to the service tech before he acknowledged that there might be an issue that justifies scheduling an appointment. Without a screenshots, he would have simply denied there being a problem, and write it off as me not knowing how to toggle my settings.

This service center have the best service group of individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. JP and Sylvester are the best. I took my Tesla model s in for computer calibration. Just want to let these two gentlemen know and tesla thank you. Very professional team. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Not sure why there's so many negative reviews, my experience with this location couldn't have gone better. I want to start off by thanking JP and Roberto as they were both phenomenal and extremely professional. I brought in my tesla model s for an issue with my trunk and key fobs (initially I thought it was the car's transceiver). They estimated the car would be done same day or the next day at which I mentioned I was very appreciate of as it is my only means of transportation. They immediately offered me a loaner (Tesla Model X Plaid) and it was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had. Sure enough my vehicle was done same day with everything done as promised, things couldn't have gone smoother.

Such a helpful staff. They gave me a loaner car. Had things covered by my warranty, so the price I was originally given went WAY down. JP in service, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ethan, my tech, was wonderful at recognizing the issue immediately and explaining the service needed.

Awesome service. Brandon made service easy. I was programmed to be there until 6pm but I was finished by 1pm even though I added on a few extras, like window adjustments and air filters. They put paper on the floor mat and a plastic cover on the seat that the service tech worked. Everything is done via the app including payment. The waiting room has a Tesla® instructional video on all the time. The waiting room offers a small private room, likely for customer-Tesla® employee meeting. I used the room for my Zoom ® sessions while I waited. Free good Wifi. Accessible venue. Accessible bathroom with hands free hands wash and flush, 5ft x 5ft space and 2 grab bars.
