Overpriced by a lot. You schedule a visit and they still take days to look at your car as if you just dropped it off. Changed estimates twice, even though the original plan of action was the one taken. Very hard to talk to people about your service.

Worst service ever! Charging 160$ for axle lubrication when the car started doing bad noises at 15k miles that is not manteinance that is warranty. Full warranty for 5 years or 50k miles is fake.. they will say thats manteinance

Went there to get warranty work done, I was supposed to get a loaner. They didn’t have one, then I was informed via the app that I could get uber credit which is a fair trade off until I found out they restrict the type of rides. For example, premier and electric weren’t an option. Imagine offering credits but limiting the available rides you can use. Do better…

I recently brought my car in for service at the Tesla Service Center Stamford and the experience stood out entirely because of the people. Devin Narain (Service Advisor) was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure my concerns were fully understood and properly handled. He set the tone for the entire visit and made the process feel seamless. Luis (Service Technician) delivered on that same level. His work was precise, thorough, and efficient—clearly someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. The issue was addressed exactly as it should be, with no shortcuts. In an environment where service can sometimes feel transactional, Devin and Luis made it personal, professional, and high-level. They are the reason this visit deserves a 5-star review.
