Worst kind of customer service. When it's not even my fault. I came for a simple windshield replacement and you broke my gps. Because of your fault I had to drive with out maps for two weeks, came for service driving an hour from Antioch on Saturday just to turn me back. Yesterday you gave me a dummy loaner that creeks like I am driving a horse cart. By the time I drive to work | got update that the service ours done. So why the hell am I refused on last Saturday if it only takes less than 3 hrs. I could've waited. Now you can't even charge my car as a courtesy. Thanks for your trouble, I lost 160 miles, 5hrs of work hours. Annoying drive with a creaking bullock cart loaner. What an incompetence with both the car service and the customer service

I’ve had mixed experiences here. During my first visit, the staff was friendly and the process felt smooth, which I really appreciated. However, more recently, communication has been frustrating. Response times to messages are slow, and answers to specific questions are often unclear or incomplete. This made it difficult to plan and understand what to expect. Overall, the in-person experience can be positive, but improving communication and clarity would make a big difference.
