Tesla Service

The worst customer service of my life. I had my vehicle serviced here 2 months ago. Everything went well, all was good. 2 months later the same parts that they replaced and charged me for, gave out. But this time it’s a lot worse. I can hear and feel bad thudding noise when I drive the vehicle. And it pops when I go over a bump or when I break. It feels extremely dangerous to drive and I’m relaying this all to the service advisor and she tells me the only thing I can do is drive it to the location and we will determine if it’s safe to drive the vehicle. And I tell her that’s ridiculous, you want me to drive over an hour away to you guys to determine if it’s safe to drive. What happens if the vehicle gives out on the way there? Do you see how ridiculous that sounds? I asked for a tow truck, she doesn’t want to help me out with that. I asked for a sooner appointment since this is the only vehicle I drive, she doesn’t help me out with that. I ask to speak to a higher authority or someone else that can help my situation, I get placed on a silent hold and I’m waiting over 40minutes, no answer so I finally hang up. My vehicle for the parts I paid for is still under warranty, and she’s telling me it doesn’t sound like the warranty is going to cover it when they haven’t even diagnosed it yet. I paid for everything they recommended to replace two months ago. I’m telling her how dangerous it feels and sounds to drive and there’s no urgency to help. I would never recommend anyone going to this location, I don’t even recommend having a Tesla at this point when the service is so bad.

Low staffing- Only one person working the service counter on a Saturday. I just needed a an air filter. I was told I had to wait for the other 5 customers to check in their vehicles for service which would take at least 45 minutes. Need more people working inside to help those just needing to make purchases only. No issue with the employee, he was polite about it. This is for the store manager.

Worst customer service experience. They said I will have a loaner car. But when I arrive here, the promise that they gave me was I am eligible for a loaner car. And now they do not have a loaner car, which ruined my plan today. They should’ve notified that I might not have a loaner car. This is very bad customer service.
