Terrible communication, listening skills, and customer service. Drove from FL to NY and got a flat tire while I was at the MLB hall of fame. They would not send mobile service or offer a courtesy vehicle like I’ve received in the past in FL service centers. When asked, I said to replace all 4 tires but they could not do that with mobile service, so then I asked for both REAR to be replaced and they quoted me for that. They sent for a tow because they said mobile service was not available and towed my vehicle to this location (2 hours away instead of the location that was just 60 minutes away from the baseball hall of fame. This resulted in me paying for the tow (first 50 miles would have been free and location that was closest to me was 57 miles away.) and of course sending it to the wrong location. The next day I was told it was ready and only ONE tire was replaced. They told me I was stuck getting a ride over and should uber to them. They gave me a $100 uber credit when the ride cost me $254. Overall, the experience was NOT like I experienced from other service centers. Very rude service advisors.

Had problems with ac in model y. In 2 days they fixed, easy in, easy out. Crazy busy, expect to wait 15-20 days just to get appt. Folks are nice there, once you get used to the app drop off and pickup is easy and you dont even have to talk to them if you dont want to.

Great people, easy service. No hard sells. Was 45 min late because of flat tire on car we were shuttling with. Shop was cool about it. Replaced both front hubs due to bad bearings on one side. Was covered under warranty. Def easier than dealing with normal dealerships.

Ordered the full set of winter wheels and tires for my 2025 Model Y Juniper. When having the service center change the wheels not only did they not test drive the car to make sure everything was mounted right they also didn't check the alignment to see that they had obviously messed it up. I live in Watertown over an hour away and had to drive home with the wheel visibly turned in order to get the car home because they refused to fix it the same day I had to make another appointment a week later for them to fix it and they dared to try to charge me to fix their mistake. Anyone getting even the slightest work done double and triple check everything and go on a test drive before you leave the service center. The service center doesnt care about your car so make sure they actually do the work and don't break something else. I have 4200 miles on my car and have had to go to service 4 times now. If there was any other service center in the area I'd go there instead. This place is a joke.

Went in on December 10th for a warranty replacement of a upper knuckle bushing. It was only supposed to take 3 hours. They ended up needing to keep the car overnight. They gave me an older Model Y that had less features than mine and the tire pressure was low in all four tires. When I went back to pick my Model Y up the next day they said they "covered the alignment cost for me" While I was driving home it felt like it was pulling to the right, so I made an appointment with our local guy to check if it was aligned. It was NOT. To summarize the car should have been aligned on December 11th. When it was actually aligned on January 7th, this is the before and after. We had new tires put on at the beginning of December had I not taken the car to be double checked, we would have messed up all four of our new tires. I was there in July and the service was way better not sure what changed.
