Reggie my service adviser was extremely helpful and informative. He kept me up to date on progress and answered all questions. Really happy with customer service. I was provided a loaner vehicle as service required 2 days.

Fast service and clean restrooms. Good customer service but location is not walking distance to food or shopping.

Service and Customer experience has been on the downward trend at this particular location over the past year. I took my 2025 Model 3 LR with only 20K miles on it for an unscheduled service on a weekday morning as I felt the vehicle was not fit to drive. The driver’s seat was stuck in the lowest possible setting and making loud vibrating and mechanical noises every time i entered/exited the vehicle or tried to make adjustments. I checked and noticed that there is a limited warranty on powered seats for tesla under 50K or 4 years. Upon arriving, I spoke with Nick, a service advisor who stated the an earliest available appointment to get it even inspected is the following week because they’re “super busy.” All of this without clear communication of possible defects causing my issue, warranty discussion, explanation of estimated repair costs, or any discussion of alternative vehicle provided when works need to be done, and while being told to “just check the app for updates regarding your appointment.” This was not the case last year when i serviced my tires at this location after a warranty-covered defect in the tire insulation. Not sure what changed in a year at this location. Part of servicing a vehicle is treating the customer well, explaining the repairs clearly and providing a suitable timeframe in which the vehicle can get it inspected as there are many Tesla servicing centers that the customers can choose to give their business to. Most American vehicle manufacturers keep these service values in mind when customers trust them with their vehicles. Clearly this message needs to be relayed to the staff here. I urge management to re-train the staff on matters pertaining to customer service. Unless management can rectify these issues promptly, i will be servicing my vehicle elsewhere here-on out.

⭐ 1 Star — Very disappointing experience with Tesla Service Nick was the technician assigned to my Tesla Model Y. I brought the car in for an inspection. Before bringing it to Tesla, I checked the vehicle myself and found no active fault codes indicating a problem with the high-voltage system or major HV components. First, Tesla added approximately $728 for lower protection/aero shield and bumper-related parts. I questioned what these items had to do with the HV inspection. Then I was told that Tesla found “pending faults” and wanted another $263 for additional diagnostics. I have been asking for the exact fault codes for two days, but they have refused to provide them. I was told that if I do not approve the additional $263, they will close the inspection as FAILED. My vehicle has now been at Tesla for three days, with very limited diagnostic work according to the timeline I was given. I am not refusing to pay for legitimate diagnostic work. I simply want to know what fault was actually found before I authorize another $263. Without the codes or a clear explanation, I have no idea whether the next recommendation will be a BMS, computer module, or even the entire HV battery. I have requested the exact fault codes, an explanation of the diagnostic work performed, itemized charges, and the service center's California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) registration information. The issue is not simply the price. It is the lack of transparency and difficulty obtaining basic diagnostic information about my own vehicle. Based on this experience with Nick and Tesla Service, I cannot recommend this service center.

I had a very difficult service experience at this Tesla Service Center with a 2018 Model 3 involving a steering safety concern and an A/C/radiator issue. The first advisor, Erik, was the main problem. My sister reported a “Steering assist reduced” event where the steering became difficult/frozen. In our experience, Erik was dismissive and made her feel blamed, as if the issue was user error or simply an alignment concern. I would not recommend working with Erik. If you are assigned to him and the interaction feels off, ask for another advisor. We also had concerns about how the service notes and documentation were handled. My sister felt she had to double-check what was in the system because she believed some content may have been changed or removed after the initial interaction. I cannot speak to Tesla’s internal system, but as a customer, that created a serious trust issue. The second advisor, Ammar, was more professional and helped improve the situation. I appreciated that he documented no additional work would be done without authorization. That said, I did not appreciate him defending or smoothing over Erik’s handling of the situation. My sister was not treated with the respect and kindness a customer should receive. The bigger warning for other customers: do not approve major Tesla repairs without asking questions. Early recommendations included radiator/condenser replacement, but after repeated pushback it became clear that cleaning/debris removal and retesting were available first. The steering rack recommendation also required multiple rounds of questioning before the explanation became clearer. My advice: get everything in writing. Screenshot important messages and notes. Ask what is required versus recommended. Ask whether there is a lower-cost first step, such as cleaning, calibration, retesting, or monitoring. Check Tesla forums, Reddit, and trusted advisors before accepting expensive work at face value. You would hope this would not be necessary with Tesla, but based on our experience, it was. Tesla should remember that used Tesla owners are often future new Tesla buyers. Treating people well, explaining repairs clearly, and not making customers feel like they need third and fourth opinions is how you build loyalty. A poor service experience makes people question whether they want to stay with the brand. To be fair, the service center eventually completed the radiator/condenser cleaning, provided photos, and documented that no additional work would be done without authorization. But the overall experience showed me that customers need to advocate for themselves carefully here, especially when expensive repairs are being recommended.
