Tesla Service Thousand Oaks

Have been here a few times now for service on my 2026 Model Y. Each time I've been very impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. It's not just the service advisors either, they have had a tech come out to ride with me each time to verify the noise I am hearing, and they have all been exceptionally competent and candid. While the front suspension noise that I'm trying to remedy has yet to be fixed, I don't hold the service center responsible for that. I am starting to believe it's a design flaw with the new Juniper Model Y. It's minor and doesn't change my opinion about the car, which is the best car I've owned (out of 19 so far in my 35 years of driving). They are very responsive to messages both before the appointment and while the car is in the shop. They've also provided a nice loaner each time I've dropped my car off. I will happily continue bringing my Tesla here for service when needed.

I brought model Y there five times for the same repair reason it still has not been fixed.

I thought I'd finally found a tesla dealer that wasn't totally awful, but I was wrong. Although some of the people who work there are friendly, they gave me the run around for weeks, couldn't figure out why my AC wasn't working, didn't reply to messages, asked the same questions over and completely failed to fix my issue.

Nice, friendly, smart people here. My loaner car was free and great. Job was well done.
