Tesla Service Totowa

It very bad service they make pay for wrong part after long time waiting and my problem not even solve be advise to not go there it very bad service

If I could leave negative stars I would. Went in on time for an appointment to test drive the cyber truck was told to wait for the next associate. Meanwhile a walk in couple that came in afterwards walked out with someone else and drove away with the cyber truck. I then proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes for the manager who never showed. I left. Don’t waste your time. Go to Cadillac 3 minutes away they have actual customer service

The team at Tesla Totowa was amazing! I had an issue with my battery which they replaced, but then experienced another issue thereafter which was unexpected so it was frustrating. But George and Roberto took care of me and made everything go smooth so had a pleasant time with my service. A+!

2026 x plaid.My experience at the Tesla service center In Totowa.From day one had vibration and it was pulling to the right. Thought it will go away after break in miles. At 700 miles made an appointment and the earliest appointment was available at Totowa Tesla service center. They said the did wheel balance and alignment. Service advisor said one of the wheel is wobbling and needs replacing and I have to pay $1700 for it. Spoke to service manager Roberto and Nancy. They said in order for them to cover it under warranty, the wheel should be damaged to the extent that tire doesn’t hold air. Doesn’t matter if vehicle is unsafe and vibrating. Roberto suggested me to wait until I hit pot holes and damage the wheel. Other than regular warranty X plaid comes with 4 years of wheels and tire protection. All of the wheels have no signs of damage, not even a scratch. They are guessing that I may have hit a pothole. By the way hitting the pothole is also covered under 4 year protection. On top, this service center does not use covers for seat and floor mats. They returned the car with dirty mats and seat. I have been told you vehicle is in the lot somewhere, go find it yourself with the app. My recommendation, if you have a choice, don’t go to this center.

Level of integrity of the charts! Our Tesla is no longer under the warranty, and the kindness and courtesy we have experienced really warmed our hearts.
