Tesla Service Tulsa

I had scheduled a demo drive in the Tesla app and I was greeted by Matt soon after entering. We hopped in a Model Y Performance for a few minutes as he explained the vehicle to me. FSD, the interior, the drive, impressed. His knowledge, very good. Back at the service center after a short drive, he said to take it for a drive and I did for 10 minutes or so. A bit surprised at this but a nice touch by Tesla. Upon returning we talked about the vehicle, he offered his opinion and again was very helpful with no pressure. I spoke with Dez too who was very kind. I called a short time later with a couple of questions and Dez was most helpful. Thank you Matt, Dez, and Tesla for an excellent experience.

Had a nail in my tire in Missouri on a Friday. I called every store that sold tires but no one had the one I needed by Monday as we were leaving Tuesday morning. Blake, a service advisor worked with me to figure out a plan to come to the Tulsa service center on our way back home to San Antonio. As we left we found out that an issue had arose that caused the tire to not be available when we got there. These things happen, but I was extremely upset due to the circumstances, traveling back home with my family on a deadline. Luckily the Service Manager Daniel offered to swap the entire wheel and tire with a demo vehicle they had that matched ours. 30 minutes later we were on the road again. I want to thank the guys there for all their support and understanding. Especially Daniel for thinking outside the box. Thank you to Blake for keeping me up to date on everything as well.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. Tesla scheduled my appointment at 8:30 AM, promised completion by noon, and confirmed a loaner vehicle would be available. None of that happened. No loaner. Misleading information about demo vehicles. And after waiting, they casually pushed the completion time to 5 PM like my time doesn’t matter. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is shocking for a company like Tesla. Great cars mean nothing if the service is this unreliable.

As a first time Tesla owner and the first time needing to bring my Tesla in for repairs, I was very impressed and pleased with my experience. I had purchased my Tesla used from Carvana and had a limited amount of time to get the work done under warranty, That being said the service team was very nice and patient during the process of dealing with the warranty company. The lounge has a good variety of coffee, water and snacks. They offered to let me demo drive a vehicle while mine was being repaired and charged mine up so it was ready for my three hour journey back home. This will definitely be my preferred service center.

Among the best service experiences that I have had. Very pleased.
