I went there to see a Tesla Y before we received it. Never knew where it was before and after 3 boo boos it was in sight. Waited for a test drive and met a young couple who love theirs. Lots of information from them before and when the time came I was ready for Jason to show me what goes on in these marvelous machines! Can't wait for mine!

Tesla Service Center in Tyler really tried to convince me a ticking noise while turning was “normal.” Funny how it was “normal”… AFTER they charged me for a suspension repair that didn’t fix it that cost me $6,000.00 Took it back multiple times—same issue, no solution, and suddenly “not under warranty.” Yeah, no. Took my car Tx Elite Auto and Performance on 155 and guess what? They found the REAL problem—front axle—fixed it, and now my car drives perfect. No ticking. No excuses. No guessing.
