The staff is very friendly, and the service center was quick and efficient. I will be bringing my vehicle back to this service center

The service team here a very nice, but the actual job is somewhat questionable. After buying a new 2025 M3, both control arms in the front had to be replaced after only 500 miles. They fixed that but while doing so scratched the paint across the driver side door and hood. I took it back to be fixed which they did but it the paint was not restored well. I still have a couple scratches from improperly preparing the paint and you can see the buff marks in the sun. After reaching out again, I have not heard back. Pretty disappointed especially given that it’s a brand new car.
