I’m very disappointed with my experience at Tesla Service. I reported multiple issues while the car was still under warranty - a camera display with a strong blue tint and a noise coming from the vehicle - and I uploaded photos and detailed descriptions through the Tesla app about two months before my appointment. When I arrived, it was clear that none of my previous reports had been reviewed. I had to repeatedly ask the staff to even check the photos and notes I had submitted. Instead of investigating, they quickly said the problems were normal or not covered under warranty. The only thing they did was wipe the camera lens and tell me everything was fine. These issues were reported while the vehicle was still under warranty, yet Tesla refused to repair them. If mismatched camera colors and these kinds of issues are considered normal, customers should be informed before buying. This level of customer service and warranty support is not what I expected from Tesla. I’m sharing photos so others can see the issue for themselves.
