Try your best to avoid this tesla and go straight to ann arbor the team at ann arbor has never turned down a service and has never tried to actually help me. Tesla west Bloomfield just looks at you as money from the front desk to the service. The difference in how they even interact with you is evident. West bloomfield will refuse to help you on 30% of things ann arbor would take the initiative to do

Very rude and unprofessional it’s genuinely insane.

When the going gets tough, the tough solves problems.... outstanding service fixing my issues in person and remotely.. Great group of people

Fast and easy, have another ussue with the car I didn't want to worry about that day and they didn't try to coerce me into anything extra, which I appreciate.

Smooth and easy experience getting Tesla winter wheel and tire package. They look great and I was out of there within an hour.
