Service center front desk Joe not good customer service we are trying to use Tesla service centre he send other tire centre shop I not understanding why Tesla service not open emergency service for customer. I get very bad experience this location.

I was really in a crunch and not only was Derrick helpful at getting me in, he was great to talk with. The team there really helped make what felt like a crappy situation turn out well!

Derrick was an awesome service advisor. He broke it down in a way I could understand and everything was no pressure. He really put my mind at east and kept me updated throughout the process. I'll be coming here in the event i need service, versus other locations because of how nice he was. My car literally drives like new. I'm just very impressed.

I feel very angry this time at Tesla Service West Chester, I did tire rotation there, and the next day my front tire pressure dropped,My tires were newly replaced last year and have markings, but I checked and found that the markings are missing,I will approach their manager, but they do not acknowledge or provide a solution, so I will not go to this place again
