Do you know those businesses where the service is so bad it makes you lose faith in humanity? Luckily this is not one of them. I brought my car in via tow truck because it wouldn’t start, dreading the fact that I might have to pay thousands of dollars in repair. As it turns out the car needed a new battery, but it was completely covered by warranty and I barely had to pay much at all, just for a new low-voltage battery. Not only that, but I got to drive a Model X in the meantime, which was incredible especially with full self driving, it’s like you’re not even driving at all. Completely revolutionizes the car driving experience. My customer service representative Kevin did a great job, taking care of everything I needed. Great communication, and great service overall. Someone tell Elon to give this man a raise. Thank you to the entire Tesla staff for making this a great experience, especially the technicians that fixed my car. Y’all don’t get enough credit! Made an appointment two days ago and they took my tire two days ago and I show up to my appointment and they said they were not ready and haven’t even looked at my tire. Not sure why they would make an appointment for a specific day without doing this by the date I scheduled.

Lied about an issue on my older model S when brought in for a recall. Told me that I needed a new MCU because the screen was black, charged me a 300 plus diagnostic fee. I took it apart and found out a cable wasn’t plugged in. Newer model 3 had service scheduled but had to fly out for work and wanted to leave the car there to inspect at their leisure for ESA and was told I couldn’t do that. Dealt with the same SA twice Landy, she needs remedial customer service training and needs to gather more knowledge about the vehicles she is dealing with.

Just bought a 2017 model S & didn't know what to expect from my car under warranty bservice They were great! They fixed my high voltage fuse under warranty and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need.
