Tesla Service Westbury

Would avoid this place at all cost. There’s ppl here but nobody really working. There’s two people at the service desk and two people on line yet, the line can’t seem to move. The staff here needs re-education on how to acknowledge customers and move the line.

did a walkin to get my tire checked. it was replaced w tire protection. paid 27 bucks and out in half hour. i am happy thanks tesla and elon

Will do anything possible to avoid actually resolving your service issue, Especially if found during delivery. Do not go here, file a formal complaint when they refuse service or say “it’s within code” or some other absurd excuse that states you should deal with it

Nick and his service team took great care of me. Handled my issue promptly and resolved it. All with the friendly attitude. Thank you!

The car is like a toy. Had to get things fixed 3 times since i bought it last year. They are constantly backlogged due to the amount of cars coming for service and their process is so bad. If you have an appointment they will only address one concern, and ask you to make another appointment for other concerns which is usually at least a month away.
