Tesla Service Whitehall

This location is slow and less than acceptable. I purchased a battery for my car online. Upon arrival there was no one there, but rep said they were busy and ha me wait 45 minutes. When they finally put battery in my car, the leaned in on a seat and acid got on everything. 0/10 won't recommend. I also went there months ago for a scheduled appointment. Sat in waiting area 3 hours before being told they could not get to my car.

Terrible service. I had an emergency and they kept transferring me to different departments before finally telling me they are too busy to help using an AI robot. This is going on 3 days. I'm really heartbroken by this situation. Money Pit on steroids without the benefits of a kitty magnet. I have a foot fetish and my Tesla plays tricks on me knowing my weaknesses. You don't know the end of it. I'm scared. You do know. But I don't. I know something is happening but I don't know what it is. I am obviously a comedian and my vehicle is currently being serviced here.

Amazing place!!!!! But very expensive I had animal damage to the wiring in my Model 3, and they were able to accommodate me very quickly. They diagnosed the issue fast, and I was extremely impressed with this location and their service. Also drove me back to my work when it took longer than expected

The service center did an amazing job on my vehicle. They were very friendly and helpful as they provided me constant communication and updates on the status of my vehicle. Would highly recommend!

Has 4 superchargers on the right side of the building
