Tesla Service Wilmington

Had multiple Teslas serviced here over the years. Shelly and the team have always been very accommodating and helpful. Great service!

Everything about this experience was great except for the wait to get my car serviced. Starting with the bad, I had to wait about 7 days to get my car in for a window replacement, probably because of parts. There was an issue on parts delivering on time and I was given timely notice to make a new time to come in. With a lot more flexibility to set when I was available. The staff was nice and welcoming they had light refreshments in the waiting area and a TV to help pass the time. I opted for a table w/ outlet to get some work done. This shop replaced my cracked windshield in the time they said it would take. After the car was clearly cleaned of all debris and a little extra which I appreciated :-) because it's been a couple months since I thoroughly cleaned my car interior. Price always feels expensive for me, and it seems like Tesla service costs the same no matter which location you go to so I don't think it's specific to this location. My windshield quality wasnt fantastic you can def see distortion looking head on. Well at least I used to work at a window film manufacturing facility and my trained eye sees it looking straight on. Which isn't great. But to be fair to them I didn't ask if there was different tiers of windshields to pick from, and they probs picked the most cost conscious option, which I appreciate as a default. Overall I liked my experience, I will definitely come back. Especially because when they couldn't keep their promise on timing of service, they treated me like a valued customer, and worked hard to accommodate me when rescheduling. That speaks volumes to me!

First time at this location. I had a great experience. The staff was nice, friendly and very helpful. Seamless transactions soon as I arrived. They were very quick with my vehicle and in no time at all I was done. They do have a nice lounge area where they offer drinks and snacks while you wait. The guest wifi helps as well. I do recommend this place.

The team here is great. They were great at listening and took my concerns seriously. They are easy to communicate with and kept me up to speed with the repair process. It’s never easy being in the service industry and the staff handle complaints without losing their tempers. Shelly was very easy to speak with and she made the process simple. Very pleased.

A hidden gem with a technical team that provides high-quality service. It is worth driving from afar. I started traveling to Wilmington this year. Amanda Cage was the service advisor I interacted with. There is a good rapport between her and the technical team. She is a good listener, quickly captures the essence of the issue, and is sincerely direct about her complete assessment of what needs to be done and the estimated cost. Cost. The services were ready before the anticipated time. I used to visit two other service centers in Maryland when I was there to see family. They are diligent and efficient, whereas Wilmington Service Center stands out. I had a non-critical minor wobbling issue while driving over the Bay Bridge. It affected my driving experience. No one could figure out if it were a figment of my imagination after checking the alignment a few times. I accepted that it is how my car is over time. During my first visit to the Wilmington Service Center, the technical team performed the alignment, and to my amazement, I have not experienced wobbling since then. To me, that is the service every customer hopes to have: less self-promotion and letting the work define quality. Several low ratings have nothing to do with the service center but are directed at Tesla, the product, and its algorithm. Please keep up the good work and keep setting a high bar for all the centers in the region.
