We had such a great experience with Lucie! This was our first time purchasing a Tesla, and honestly, the whole process was a little nerve-racking since we were new to everything. We also flew in from out of state to pick up our car, so it was especially frustrating when we arrived and found out the car wasn’t ready because there were some issues that needed to be addressed. We ended up leaving for about 40–45 minutes and came back, and Lucie went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. She was able to figure out how to resolve the issues and made sure everything was taken care of. What we appreciated most was how she took the time to show us everything with the Tesla and explain how things worked. Since this was our first Tesla, she made us feel much more comfortable and confident leaving with our new car. Lucie truly went above and beyond for us. She turned what started as a stressful and frustrating experience into a really positive one. She was professional, caring, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the entire process. Thank you so much, Lucie, for taking such great care of us! We truly appreciate everything you did. ❤️

We had an emergency with our 12V battery and the next available appointment wasn’t until the following week. Francis, the Service Center Lead, went above and beyond to help us get the battery replaced quickly and efficiently. His professionalism, urgency, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service.

Bait and switch. I hate having to write this review, but my experience at this dealership was extremely disappointing. I went in to explore my options and was fully transparent with the sales rep about my trade-in vehicle, including the accident history, mileage, and wear and tear. Based on that information, I was quoted a trade-in value of $33,000 and given estimated monthly payments tied to that number and my credit tier. At no point was I clearly told that the trade-in value was only an estimate and could drastically change. Based on the information I was given, I test drove the vehicle and agreed to move forward. After taking my deposit, they then told me I needed to complete an online process with photos of my vehicle so they could determine the “actual” trade-in value. That was never explained upfront. I immediately expressed that I was uncomfortable giving a $250 deposit if the numbers we discussed were not guaranteed. I was told this was “common practice” and reassured that the value would likely be close. I was even told that if it came in lower, I could probably get more at CarMax. The final trade-in offer came back at around $17,000 — nearly HALF of what I was originally quoted. How does a vehicle go from $33,000 to $17,000 when all details were disclosed from the beginning? To make matters worse, it took over a week just to get an actual valuation, and I had to physically return to the dealership to push for updates. While the manager was at least more transparent about the process, they still refused to refund my deposit despite the clear misrepresentation of the valuation and sales process. I love my Tesla and had an excellent buying experience previously in California, which makes this even more frustrating. Great vehicles, but extremely disappointing practices at this dealership. Buyer beware.

Update a week after the issue. NO ONE has reached out to me to get the trunk fixed, delivery team and now I don’t have a response from Tesla body shop, they closed all of the chats that we had. Extremely Disappointing Delivery Experience. Please read if you are considering buying used teslas from the website. My delivery was rescheduled twice because the service team was supposed to repair the trunk prior to pickup. However, when I arrived for my delivery appointment, the trunk had not been fixed. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with the service team. Michael did not provide any explanation of the documents and rushed me through signing the paperwork. Additionally, while opening the trunk, he caused a chip in the rear glass of the vehicle. As a result, the car now requires two separate repairs: the original trunk issue and the newly damaged rear glass. This is my first experience receiving a vehicle from Tesla, and it has been extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending Tesla to friends or family. The rushed process made me feel uncomfortable during the pickup, and the situation worsened when additional damage was caused on-site. I also have evidence showing that the vehicle was originally rescheduled to fix the trunk, not the glass. The damage to the rear glass occurred during the delivery process. I feel very frustrated knowing that the initial issue was not resolved and that I now have two problems that need to be addressed. This occurred at the Tesla location in Reno, NV, around noon. I have photos of the vehicle as well as all related text message communications.

TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER on your vehicle before handing it in for service. Sales/Service team are absolutely excellent, and I wish I could give JUST them 5 stars. However being a service center, they also have mechanics and I’m under the impression Big Foot is employed because everytime my car has returned from service, it has additional damage. I sent my car in to repair a rattle (which took 4 appointments, spread out over 3 months) when my car was returned there was damage to my seat. Recently I used the road side assistance which is AWESOME, to replace my flat tire. They ended up having to tow it as they were out of stock on tires. I received a loaner car the following day, and was informed at the latest my car would be available in two weeks. It took them two weeks to replace two tires, and upon receiving my vehicle, both rear wheel covers were very clearly cracked. The loaner I received was several years older than my new model (which I understand) HOWEVER with it being several years older, the FSD was significantly inferior to my new Model 3 Highlander, I inquired about a refund/credit for the FSD I paid for given I was without my vehicle for TWO weeks over a tire replacement and was told that they cannot do that. I understand mistakes happen, however I believe people should be aware of the quality control issues with their mechs, and the SLOTH like time it takes to resolve issues. To end on a positive note, they didn’t question or make it difficult to get the damage they caused, resolved, and they did not pass the cost onto me. I hope to see this service center improve!
