Tesla South Burlington

I ran into some frustrating issues with registration and the DMV, but 5 stars for William and how he resolved this situation. I highly recommend this location because of how they made things right and got me the help I needed!

I’ve brought my Tesla here a couple times for service and they have always been great to deal with. Comfortable waiting area with good WiFi, drinks and snacks. Supercharger on site so I had plenty of charge to make the drive home.

Mike and his team are excellent! Dylan, Maya, all the techs.. my car had some problems that needed a lot of troubleshooting. They were generous with loaners and took the time to get it right! Thanks!

Great Tesla location! They were able to get me in for a service appointment basically right away, compared to the Londonderry NH location which would've taken 24 days. The sales and service staff were also both super nice. This is definitely my go-to location for Tesla service now.

Had a smooth experience every time I’ve been in for a service appointment. Pick up and drop off is easy, staff is polite and helpful, and they’ve offered a loaner vehicle for every appointment, even for relatively short services. Even charged my vehicle up for free on my last visit.
