The Experience: Visited this location to check if they had any used cars available. We spoke with a customer representative who was completely indifferent. He gave us a blunt "no" without offering a shred of assistance or basic information.The Issue: When we asked where or how we might find a pre-owned model, he offered zero direction, alternative options, or mention of checking Tesla’s online used inventory. He seriously needs to learn basic customer service. For a premium brand, the complete lack of care or helpful advice was shocking. Do not expect any guidance walking into this showroom if you aren't buying a brand-new vehicle right off the floor.

Got my new Tesla from here. Excellent experience overall. Heard a lot from others about the Tesla leasing experience. Really the process is completely online and has almost zero human in the process. The wait lounge is well decorated and the representatives are very helpful. Explained the whole process of operating the vehicle. Gave a FSD tour around the place. It’s a well connected delivery location.

I went to pick up my delivery this weekend and I was afraid to come to this showroom due to the reviews but I must say I left very happy. I was greeted and redirected to the check in area where Elom check me in. After that I waited about 15 min for my car which for me was fine. Elom then walk me to my car where we inspected it and I accept the delivery. Elom gave me a mini tour on how to work with the screen and how to set up everything and answer all my questions. I had a great experience. Thank you ❤️

Total disappointment. Recommend taking delivery only after thorough inspection of each and every area especially the paint on the hood. Initially my tradein was rejected stating title has wrong date and I took the delivery without the tradein. Upon going to the DMV they said there is nothing wrong with the title and date of issue just shows when it was reissued (this was done by the bank where it was financed from) and they even made a comment saying how can they deal with car sales if they don't even know this. Second part is the most disappointing one. Due to inclement weather I couldn't inspect the car fully and didn't even expect that a dealer would deliver a car without quality checks. There are many long scratches over the hood, A pillar trim etc. I only noticed it under the lights in my garage after taking the delivery, very disappointed.

Bought a used model 3 here. Service was good and fast, a big relief. I practiced driving with my friend on the drive way a behind the store. The staff working on the parking lot were friendly and helpful helping us setting up the car.
