When I initially went in, the advisors were extremely rude navigating me to the service center. Even after, it took them a month to complete the repair and I had to reconfirm items I had already requested multiple times because of the incompetence of the service staff. Additionally, I left something in the lender and contacted them for common sense to be taken out, instead they STOLE from me and feigned ignorance. Absolutely despicable.

We’ve owned Teslas in Texas for years and currently have three in our family, so we know how these cars should perform in extreme heat. Our 2024 Model Y (48,000 miles, still under bumper-to-bumper warranty) cooled fine for two years, but the A/C recently broke down. The cabin won't cool below 80–90°F even after 40 minutes of driving, and the air routinely cuts out after 5 to 10 minutes. We have a sunroof cover and ceramic tint to reduce amount of heat coming in. In Texas heat - this is a health and safety hazard. The service center's response has been completely unacceptable. Because their computer diagnostic tool shows "green," management refuses to acknowledge a physical, obvious cooling failure. When we pointed this out, they first tried to charge us a $600+ invoice blaming an aftermarket cabin filter—a charge they reduced only when we pointed out the contradiction of charging to fix a system they claimed had no errors. They still made us pay $100+ for diagnostic fee for a problem they continue to refuse exists, all while we are under warranty. When we brought the car back, Service Manager Zach refused to look at climate data, put his hand over a vent for a second, got combative when questioned, and walked off. Service Manager Susan then sat in the car with us and watched it take 17 minutes to drop from 104°F to 90°F, while a comparison car on their lot went from 124°F to the low 80s in under 9 minutes. Susan admitted on the spot that our car was abnormal and promised to escalate it to leadership. Instead, 30 minutes before their service center closed for the weekend, their stance had changed and they insisted tests were "normal," and demanded we return the loaner immediately or face daily fines. Ignoring verified hardware failures and hiding behind software logs when a car is nearing the end of its warranty is a total failure of duty of care. Until leadership takes responsibility, refunds improper diagnostic fees, and actually fixes this A/C system under warranty, we will not be recommending this place or Tesla.

Where do I start? We’ve been gaslit about the performance of our AC for a full week now. Our 2024 Model Y has not been cooling properly. The AC also went out 1 year ago (after one year of ownership), so this is the second time we have AC issues. It took 20 minutes to get from 100 degrees to 90 degrees, but the service center is saying that’s normal. Family and friends are able to cool their Teslas to 70 degrees in 5-10 minutes. Make it make sense. The number of times we have been told all the tests are “showing green” is ridiculous when the actual car doesn’t cool down. Not to mention the tech manager Zach walked off when we demanded an actual temperature reading instead of just holding his hand to the vent or testing inside the air conditioned service garage. Oh and they originally blamed our “aftermarket air filter”, but guess what? The Tesla filter they put in didn’t help. We are so fed up with this scam and runaround. We are exploring further action since our car is under warranty and not working properly. On a side note: We are appreciative of Susan, Ebony, and Evan for being supportive through this process. We know they are doing what they can.

Came here as a visitor from Japan and had an unforgettable experience thanks to Michael. He went well beyond what I expected — a real Cybertruck test drive, the full acceleration experience, and a hands-on FSD demonstration. Every part of the visit was thoughtful, patient, and welcoming. I never felt rushed or like a tourist; I felt like a guest. The cars speak for themselves, but it was Michael's warmth and hospitality that stayed with me. If you're stopping by Tesla St. Elmo, ask for him — you won't regret it. Michael, if you ever make it to Japan, I'd be honored to return the kindness. Thank you for today.

BEST TESLA CENTER IN TEXAS!! 🫶🏼 They took good care of my Tessie 💖(Tesla Model 3) Communication is key 🔑 & they do an amazing job at it! You’ll get a text back faster than your own mother!!! Evan is a handsome man with a kind and gentle spirit, Ebony has a radiant smile & greets you each time you walk in. Cody is the mannn!!! He’s very knowledgeable with any thing Tesla related and will help you with anything you need. And last but not least, Alisha is so sweet!! My seat covers got out of place while fixing the sub rear (it’s okay cause it’s a pretty tedious process). And Alisha and Evan stood out in the rain to help fix it. 🌧️ (On the spot) 🥺🥹🥹 so sweet🫂!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Trust. I know there’s a long waitlist on booking an appointment . But it’s worth the wait. If you want a friendly staff and spectacular technicians, This is your location.
