I always have a great experience whenever I bring my Tesla in for service, thanks to Devin and Justin. Every time I need service for my car, they make the process smooth and stress-free. Devin is always friendly, professional, and makes sure I'm in and out as quickly as possible. He communicates with me every step of the way, provides regular updates on my vehicle, and even helps me with my car seats if I need a loaner. He truly goes above and beyond to make the experience convenient. Justin is just as great. He also makes sure I'm in and out quickly, communicates clearly throughout the service process, and is always professional and helpful. Both Devin and Justin are extremely knowledgeable about Tesla vehicles. Anytime I have questions, they always have the answers and take the time to explain everything. Their outstanding customer service and professionalism are the reason I'm always happy with my service experience. Thank you both for consistently providing excellent service! And Terry is very professional and always makes sure everything runs smoothly.

I had an unexpected experience at the Tesla Service Center Stamford this past Saturday. I drove in with a concerning noise coming from my car, even though I knew the service department was closed. To my surprise, Robby, who introduced himself as an Associate Sales Manager, took the time to come out and speak with me. He listened carefully and, understanding my concern, even offered to take a test drive with me to help determine whether the issue might be a safety risk that required immediate attention. While no formal service evaluation could be done due to the service department being closed, I genuinely appreciated the effort and willingness to step in and assess whether the situation was urgent. That said, Tesla could benefit from having clearer protocols or limited support availability for situations like this on weekends, especially when customers are concerned about potential safety issues. Overall, thank you to Robby for going out of his way to help when he didn’t have to. went back for service at the Tesla Service Center Stamford and the experience stood out entirely because of the people. Devin Narain (Service Advisor) was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure my concerns were fully understood and properly handled. He set the tone for the entire visit and made the process feel seamless. Luis (Service Technician) delivered on that same level. His work was precise, thorough, and efficient—clearly someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. The issue was addressed exactly as it should be, with no shortcuts. In an environment where service can sometimes feel transactional, Devin and Luis made it personal, professional, and high-level. They are the reason this visit deserves a 5-star review.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough—answering every single question we had without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. What truly set him apart was how thoughtful and personable he was. He was so kind and courteous to my two kids, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made my husband feel completely comfortable asking all of his Tesla charging questions (which we had plenty of!). Melvyn knew EVERYTHING about the vehicle I was interested in. Melvyn went above and beyond and genuinely exceeded our expectations.
