I am not a huge fan of car dealership and I really hate to deal with car salesman and everything is different here at Tesla. I was contemplating and could not decide which model Y so I decided to schedule a test drive. The staff was very friendly. They allowed me to drive multiple cars since I couldn’t make up my mind and eventually goes with the model Y performance. I initially ordered the model Y premium and I got the quotation for my loan and the estimated pick up date but when I change from premium to performance the loan quotation for my loan and dates all get messed up. I happen to be there after the test drive and I told the staff about what happened to my loan payment and were they were very helpful I forgot the name of the staff, but I have to mention that they are always there to help you or answer any question . They help me with my decision-making answers all the questions I had with the new cars and also how the performance of the model Y compared to the older version. Overall, I’m very happy. They are not sales person, but they’re more like a crew. Who are there to answer question and help you decide on the car for your needs.

DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!! No one mentioned to us that you can lock the price on cars for m 60 days. So I kept pushing the purchase date since I didn’t need it that early but a week later the discounted price was gone… Moreover, they kept asking us to put this car under my partner’s account because he already owns a Tesla so we can get a loyalty discount, but they NEVER mentioned how everything else after gets way more complicated, including insurance and delivery, which created so much hassle for me. If I had known about this then I definitely wouldn’t want this $500 discount.

Dear Tesla Support Team, I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent Full Self-Driving (FSD) disengagement feedback feature. First and foremost, safety should be Tesla's highest priority. When FSD is disengaged, especially on a highway or busy roadway, the driver's immediate responsibility is to focus entirely on operating the vehicle safely. Presenting a mandatory feedback prompt while I am actively driving creates an unnecessary distraction at precisely the moment when my full attention should be on the road. Any feature that competes with driver attention during manual operation should be carefully reconsidered from a safety perspective. In many situations, there is no issue with FSD at all. I may disengage simply because I want to park under the shade of a tree, take a different route, reposition the vehicle, or drive manually for personal preference. These routine actions should not require an explanation every time. I also believe Tesla should reconsider the expectation that customers provide continuous training data through mandatory feedback. As someone who works in artificial intelligence, I am very familiar with Reinforcement Learning through Human Feedback (RLHF). In the AI industry, people who perform feedback, evaluation, ranking, and annotation tasks are compensated because they are contributing directly to the improvement and training of a product. Customers who have paid for FSD subscribed to a service. They did not agree to become unpaid evaluators or training-data contributors. Feedback should remain voluntary and should never interfere with the driving experience. The current implementation feels intrusive, distracting, and unnecessary. I strongly preferred the earlier software behavior, where disengaging FSD did not require any feedback or justification. Drivers should be free to take control of their vehicles whenever they choose without being prompted to explain their decision. The previous approach was less disruptive and better aligned with Tesla's commitment to driver safety and user experience. Because of this issue, I have canceled my FSD subscription. While I appreciate Tesla's commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, I hope the company will reconsider this feature and place driver safety and customer experience above data collection objectives. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Nurdin Kaparov Tesla Owner

I was promised 1-month free supercharge as an incentive to buy from the inventory but never received it. I texted and called to ask about it but I was ghosted. If you are going to buy from here, better document everything and check your contract very carefully.

Absolutely love the Model X. The agent going over the car with me was super helpful and nice. I drove from almost 3 hours away to pick up the Model X. Manager wouldn’t let me leave my vehicle that I came in for a few days in the parking lot. I mean I’m spending $115K on a car, she could possibly be a little more lenient about a PARKING SPOT. That’s all.
