Tesla Superior

My Tesla with almost 200,000 Miles had a problem. I ended up towing it to the closest tesla service center. It was a rough day, But the next morning I walked into service. They told me everything was gonna work out. Got me a loaner car so I could make it to work, I know they don't always have loaners available. But this certainly gave me piece of mind & turned what was a very stressful situation into something manageable. Although ultimately the car was not worth repairing. They did an AWESOME job of communciation, compassion, & understanding. I could not have asked for a better experience from a usually bitter situation. Special Thanks to Alex the service manager! AJ the salesmen. Thou I had pleasant interactions with all the staff here! GREAT JOB, Team & telsa for empowering your employees to do what is right for the customer. Certinaly was the deciding factor in buying another Tesla!

Kept my car for over three weeks and gave it back to me with a cut on my steering wheel that’s now turned into a big hole and also broke the clip for my visor. Their policy is if they don’t say anything and we don’t know they’re in the clear. The only reason I didn’t know is because I took over from my daughter at the time who now verified that the damage was new. Thanks a lot Tesla.😠

I called five times with one question about my trade-in: how do I get back the charger I left in the car? Each call was a runaround - that's why it took five attempts. I never got a definitive answer. What I did get: I was told it was my fault for leaving it. I'll take partial ownership of that. But the trade-in agent inspected the car before I left. He flagged that I'd left my backpack - and said nothing about the charger sitting right there. That's the part that doesn't sit right. His silence is exactly why I didn't grab it. I spent $35,000 with you. You couldn't split the cost of a charger, or even call me back with a final decision.
