Tesla Tallahassee Service Center

Took my car in for service and they had the part got right on it fixed it immediately and everything is good to go. Appreciate the great service thanks Limomike.

You love your Tesla until your first service. Visiting Panama City FL. Our model X refused to charge with portable charger. Told to take to a supercharger. Nearest supercharger was 13 miles away. Nearest destination charger, at a Hilton, was pretty scary, wires all striped, plug connectors exposed. Another one pretty far. None of them worked. By then running pretty low on juice. Finally towed to nearest service center in Tallahassee, 95 miles away. No loaner, no rental, no transportation support. Pay your own Uber to pickup car 100 miles away. In clearing the trunk I found a loose piece of trimming. There since car was picked up 2 years ago. Factory worker forgot to attach it. Asked them to look a it. Charged me $45 to snap it back. Any request to talk to advisor ends up in circular redirection with robot voices. Message offered a phone number to escalate, another circle, eventually back to Roadside assistance! Who had conveniently closed the case. Any demands were answered by either Optimus or someone trained for robocalls. AI emulating low intelligence human or vice versa? Nobody can be this incompetent. And Tesla is too clever for that. This is intentional. A system designed to discourage anyone from challenging robotic decisions. Is this system wide or localized? Regardless do not own a Tesla in Northwest Florida. Facilities were nice though.
